My agent was courteous, helpful and patient with me as I tried to get the appropriate flight. Although something happened in the system and he lost the first reservation, he continued to shop around until we got something that worked. I appreciated his continuing efforts until he found the right flight.
Serge was very professional and accommodating. Worked getting us several options until he found one that worked well for us. Will use him again and already referred him to a friend.

Amazing Customer Service
As a frequent traveler I always wonder what 'Stuff Will Happen' during our trip. Two day before the end of our trip, our flight home from Florence Italy was canceled. Serge Arbitman was right on the problem, found an excellent return flight and sent us the details even before we knew we had a problem. Wow!
Top Class!
Working in a tight time frame against the clock and needing to fly on exact dates to one of the Baltic countries, Top Business Class worked magic and got me the flights (and even seats) I needed (and wanted) at a more than agreeable price -- about half of what was posted as the going fare. Natasha's creativity and follow through were excellent and exceptional. I'll be back for sure.

Overall, fairly good experience except I don't like that I can't add my Frequent Flyer number to my reservations or risk having the ticket voided. Also, don't like not being able to choose my own seat. Worst part on my most recent purchase was that luckily I caught the fact that they had booked me in a Basic Economy seat on one of my domestic legs. That category of tickets should NEVER be booked when paying as much as we do for the tickets. My representative corrected it to an economy main cabin, but I'm still having trouble selecting my own seat.
THe gentleman I dealt with (Nick) was professional, knowledgeable, and caring for my need. Although he was busy, he was not difficult to contact. In the past I dealt with another similar firm and found it extremely difficult to speak with my representative or anyone who could help me. That is completely the opposite in all my contacts with Nick. My positive impression of him (and therefore your firm) has made it easy for me to refer others to him.
