Tokyo Treat is a scam that steals your money and leaves you with nothing. They claim my package was sent on December 8th and they even hit my card for another $35 this month with nothing delivered. They have absolutely no customer service whatsoever and there is no way to contact anyone through their site. I will be reversing the charges with my credit card company as this company is lying about sending their packages.

Love the variety in the boxes. My family looks forward to a new box every month. The drinks are the best!

Their service features a subscription to boxes filled with goodies from Japan. You get unique treats that relate to the theme of that months box. The snacks are also tasty.

Tokyotreat, when coming to the bare bones of it, is a great service. You order a box (or 12), they get delivered to your door from Japan and their fun and delicious for the whole family. Customer service is spot on, especially if you pay the add on fees (which I would recommend if you're someone who gets a bit bent over backwards over a broken cookie) but all in all, great service, continuing to stay with it

Tokyotreat lets me sample lots of unique treats that I can't always find at my local asian market. Whether the cost is worth it is debatable (especially when it's hard to resist nomming everything right away^w^), but I can't deny it brightens my day to come home from work and find a new box waiting for me.

Just receive one box and already excited for another box next month! Tokyo Treat has so many different kind of snacks that you would enjoy with friends, family or by yourself.

When it comes to Japanese treat boxes i would always recommend TokyoTreat to my friends and family when they ask. The variety is amazing drinks especially a mix between savoury and sweet.
