I found my beautiful wedding dress in the website just 20 days before my wedding date. I emailed customer service to expedite the delivery and they made it happen. The dress arrive 8 days after! Very impressed. Thank you so much!

Not too happy that they do not allow refunds. Only store credit. Each time i exchanged an item, i wasn't satisfied with the purchase. Sizing runs odd. Im usually a medium and had to get a large then the large ended up being loose. Would not use this site again.
We have just returned items to this company at a cost of nearly £30 in postage. One item was damaged. To add insult to injury have now been informed that the £120 we spent on goods has now been credited to store credit. Why would I want to order more items when the cost of return is so expensive. I would like MY MONEY returned. Bearing in mind one item was not fit for purpose due to shoddy material. If I could give zero stars I would

Do not buy from! Cloths aren't even close to being true to size, and Tobi clearly doesn't care about customer service or improving the quality of their products at all. I ordered a dress for nearly $100, checked the sizing measurements prior to ordering and when I received it, the dress was at least 2 sizes smaller than a true fit size. I couldn't even zip it up.
Then when you try to make a return (for a legitimate reason that is not your fault as the customer at all) you will be told that your only option is to receive a store credit. Did I mention that it took over 2 weeks and multiple emails later to receive even 1 reply from them? I would have called but they don't list a phone number anywhere. Had I known when I was in the checkout process that a store credit was my only option if the dress didn't work out, I wouldn't have even risked it. The Tobi return policies are BURIED in the website so all in all it seems like Tobi is aware of the sizing issue (especially having read some of the other reviews here) and yet continues to happily accept nearly $100 for one item but isn't willing to make it right for the customer that is giving them that nearly $100. It's online retailers like this that give e-commerce a bad reputation.

Answer: With your best interest in mind, I would advise that you return in separate packages with labels from each order and watch it closely from beginning to end of the return so it doesn't slip through the cracks. Get a tracking number for each also.
