Wish there was an option for zero stars worst experience I have ever had with a delivery service driver couldn't be bothered to even knock on my door that they decided they would leave the note in my mailbox instead than I called them and they told me that they would call in an hour and it's been two hours since the time they told me so next time I won't be using this delivery service and wouldn't recommend to anyone else don't bother taking a day off to receive your package because they won't even knock on the door and you will just have to pick it up anyway no point of delivery service
I am struggling because of an invoice from this transporter which I will never use in my life again. TNT announced freight costs of 145 usd for a delivery from China, parcel well received. Approximately one month later I received an invoice (with due date < receiving date!) for custom fees. The amount was higher than expected because TNT charged more than 300 for freight costs. To my question why they replied that they did not know the price for this shipment (great, they are the transporter!) and they applied a "statistic" value. To my question why they did not inform me about it (they must do) they have never replied and transferred the case to a payment recouvery company! Not only they do not respect the regulation but they are not capable to manage their claims... So as conclusion: do not use TNT, there are a lot of other transporters who do a great job! The company told the sender that the documents were delivered, over a month ago. I have not received them yet. They were sending me a "bill of lading", required for receiving goods from overseas. Because they did not actually deliver the documents, I am paying $75/day in storage fees. It's a pity this company cannot be held liable.
Poor communication between customer service and depot, incorrect address used took 3 deliveries to get the product miscommunication seems to be their code word for lies. Delivery between 7 an 9 turns up at 11 after work missed and being told it's round the corner (only if the corner was in wales) we are 16 miles from depot. Then told stuck in traffic then 10 mins away over a 4 hour period. Driver very helpful when arrived but not his fault it was loaded at the back of truck and he had different delivery address on delivery note than was on package DO NOT USE
Said they had came with parcel but I wasn't in so they left note I know for a fact they hadn't been there was no note left I was in the workshop that looks out to my house all day I can see motors passing there was no way they had been. Absolutely disgusting as I took day off work to wait on this delivery. Not happy

We've called them every day every day since Tuesday last week. Finally seemed to get somewhere yesterday. After speaking with TNT on Facebook and making multiple phone calls, we arranged to collect from the Edinburgh depot this morning only to find that it's not even there!
I contacted TNT today again to be told it will be on its way up to Edinburgh tonight - the same thing we've been told for the last week! I have no faith in this happening after being told this so many times already. Nightmare!

We upset about tnt. Previously item for duti import will pay upon recieved via bank transfer to tnt account. But now the asking for the payment first before hand over
Imagine we are busy or internet not available. Then just send to me and hand over after i done payment. But now they ask for payment first, what meaning of loyalty and continous support if they treat me as 1st time customer.
Really upset. Tnt world class courrier but certain staff tnt low class mentalitity

Worst courier service ever... Products were missing when the package was delivered to the person... And no support was provided afterwards... They opened the parcel stole the products also clothes were dirty as someone stepped on them with dirty shoes
This is totally bull$#*! I am so disappointed for their working, I stay at home all the day and I received an email that from tnt say I am missed up the parcel and that parcel are going to reschedule! That's fine, I am asking for pick up from the nearest shop. They arrange it and after a day I call them ask where is my parcel can I pick up today? They tell YES! Your parcel is already arrive ur nearest shop and you are able to pick up! Guess what happen? I came to the shop and the parcel is not arrive! I call them again they told me need to wait 1 more day? What is the best job tnt can do? This is my first time use this service and I'll never use again!
Well done TNT for your broken promises you claim that you deliver a good service I was told my parcel would be delivered in 24 - 48 hours item ************** that was Friday the 20/09/2019 and now Monday 23/09/2019 you tell me its going to be another two days
I suppose to get delivery last week, but i could not get yet. Have been spoken with customer service more than 10 times. Lastly i have spoken customer service manager, he said he can't make anything because he can't contact with driver and depo. I asked him, if you cannot contact with them, what are you doing there as a manager. The driver damaged my packages. They are misleading. Please don't believe their advertising. I do not prefer anyone.
I feel it is absolutely ridiculous for a customer to put in a request for shipping labels at 8am then be told at 4:15pm that the shipping label will be done tomorrow because it is pass time for them to get me the labels today. Its absurd for a customer to wait that long to get labels. TNT is no more then a waste of time. Does TNT not understand that when customer put in a request for a shipping label that the customer might want to ship that day not the next day or the day after.
Pleeaaaase improve your collecting services. Other than that I have no other complaints. So far an ok service.
This is the worst courier company l have ever used!
I live in Spain and I go through a courier proxy site to book deliveries.
Both times I have chosen TNT the same things happened.
1. I book a pick up date and time... NO ONE ARRIVES, sometimes they are two days late. So I spend all day waiting not leaving the house.
2. I book a 3 day delivery and because no one picks it up the parcels are not delivered in the 3 days, more like 6 to 8 days!
3. They on both occasions have taken more money from my Paypal account claiming the parcel weighed more or was not the size claimed... both times l had to claim the money back.
Lost valuable personal documets (court adoption papers) and a 10 euro compensation and no refund of fees. Only an 85 euro credit. Lol. Why would I want to use the credit? So they can maybe lose something else?
If there is any less than 0 start rating, this company is like that only. I have booked the material from hongkong to kuwait. And they have diverted the material to some other country. Now i am chasing the customer care, only reply sir we are working on it, if i say how much it will take. They say no idea means infinite time u will be wait for your material and after some time forget it. Every time they say we will call you but no one turned up. Now i have crossed more than 23 days. No solution. Only advise to other people. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. OTHER WISE THEY WILL EAT YOUR MONEY AND TIME BOTH.
I have only given TNT 4 Stars rather than 5 & that's because not a good track record for collecting when they should, but once they do the service is Excellent.
I trusted TNT providing a good service but i was way wrong. They have not only charged 2 weeks in advance for a service to carry out an international shipment Spain to UK of some personal cartoon boxes, btw, they were pretty quick in getting the money in, they didn't show up on the agreed pick up day, they showed up 36 hours later, then they didn't check the details provided and that was their excuse, that they didn't have the right address, regardless they did... and it gets worst. They missed the agreed delivery date - of course - and before even confirming arrival of goods in the UK, they already sent me an email confirming they had already damaged my boxes. For info, they were the personal belongings of my beloved mother who passed away. This is outrageous, they don't provide me with a number i can call to discuss, it is just a 902 that it is not contactable at all outside Spain, and further more, in the emails i have tried to please raise the complaint and they are telling me i have nothing to complain about... and all this in writing! This is outrageous, i don't care about the money but i do care about the personal value of my goods and the very bad treatment this reknown company is giving me. Totally undeserved totally unfair and with damaged goods. Please help me at least spreading the message so people do not get into the same issue as me. Thanks.
Who in Hell at TNT decided to have a show " A tribute to Jane Fonda". That is the MOST insulting, disrepectful thing to our Vets I have ever seen. She was and still is a TRAIDOR to out Vets and country.
This makes me sick to my stomach she is a worthless individual and no one she give her a tribute for anything!
It is an expensive postal service and they are not as accessible as other private carriers such as DHL, UPS or Fedex.
Answer: I can get hold of them but they are not able to help
Answer: I won't next time they Don't deliver on time, I will look at other transport
