Tnt is truly a very unprofessional and unreliable company. They do not serve but the easiest to reach addresses, the rest they give it to other affiliates to transfer! They make a mess with deliveries. The hours they serve are completely unfavourable for customers who have a job to do, because they need to stay at home during working hours in order to wait for TnT! Plus, I have received an utterly destroyed package, which had been opened and broken! It's an utter disgrace of a company!
Don't turn up when book for 8.30am when you speak to customer services they say they don't collect that early though site gives you the option. You never hear back from your customer service account manager. All deliveries end up with items missing damaged and or destroyed. They send small collection vehicles even though they have asked you for the size and weight of your goods. They don't send out invoices and don't tell you when they freeze your account. Wish my firm didn't use this company.
Online tracking status is inaccurate, call centre has no clue about the actual shipping status and delivery time.
Only choose tnt if you want very late delivery, zero real customer support and if you enjoy banging your head on the wall out of frustration.
Terrible Service. Called and emailed customer service several times but only automated replies with no solutions. Parcel is still sitting at a TNT facility and no explanations. Will never use TNT or Fedex ever again.
Doesn't arrive when they say they will. No effort made to find house in dark and then clocks off at 10 to 6... and then they are closed all weekend. Absolutely appalling service
TNT fedex should not be allowed to function in the uk as they are cheating customers and other honest courier services off work
The company takes no accountability and will do anything to place blame and place fault with the customer. Several lost packages. Lack of proper tracking and accounting of calls and case notes. Outright lies about deliveries and communications. Excuses around anyone could have taken or stole packages. Ridiculous excuse for a company!
Three times in two years TNT shipping has misdirected our packages to the wrong portal - packages meant to go from Portugal to the States were put in portals meant for inter-Euro shipping. Instead of arriving in a week or so, they've taken up to 6 months to get here. My current disaster with them is supposedly in transit to me now (scheduled for a 24 December delivery - this was shipped from Portugal on 3 November). When I call TNT to complain they tell me the tracking number that they themselves eMailed to me, doesn't exist in their database. Why does this company even exist?
You try phoning them other than booking a job. Any problems no one answers the phone. Customer service never calls back
I've been struggling for 6 months to get my parcel out of tnt courieer company. They just refuse to give me my tracking number and every time i must pay for i don't know what! The money that i have already paid for the past 6 months is almost R42 000. Today they tell me again i must pay R1700 to get my parcel! That is really unexcepted! I wouldn't advise any one to do with their business! Pathetic coerieer company that exists!
I made the mistake to use their services for two parcels. Never again! The online tracking system is a joke, the same experience in talking to their customer support. I got conflicting information every day I called. Parcel arrived very late at the destination and also busted. STAY AWAY! Those are incompetent people and don't deserve your money and trust. Use alternatives if you can and avoid them at all cost.
Totally disappointed. They don't arrive, they send untrue messages about having tried to contact us. Worst service I have ever experienced. I never give bad reviews or give one star but giving one star is too much. Never again knowingly.
Worst experience ever. You will become a laughing stock. Trying to understand is useless because they dont have a reason for their behaviour. It just sucks. Terrible service and awful communication, no help, no delivery, no information, and if you call they shut you up like you owe them something. If you can avoid please do. They make you lose your nerves, for stupid things like them doing their freakiing job.
I sincerely hope someone reads these reviews before dealing with these animals.

The most appalling, disgusting service in the world! It took my suitcase 2 months to arrive, when it said it would only take 4 days. On top of that, no one contacted me to update me on the status of my suitcase. I called FedEx and TNT express and both parties stated that it was not their issue to solve, instead I should call TNT customs. I tried emailing and calling TNT customs for 1.5 months only to find out that their phone is out of service. Frustrated, I wrote a review to FedEx saying that I have contacted my lawyers and they should be expecting to hear from them. Only then did someone finally reach out to me about my suitcase. Gorkem Aksoy messaged a couple of times but was utterly useless, and stopped replying to emails for weeks at a time, and would finally get back to me with the same enquiries as before. The only helpful person in this whole process was Nur Albina Yaras. If it weren't for this individual, I don't think I would have ever seen my suitcase! To top off the whole experience, my suitcase finally arrived today, but its damaged so extensively that it does not even close. Stupidly I thought buying a new samsonite bag to start off my graduate life would be smart. Instead, the expensive suitcase only made one trip in its entire life, where two months was spent in a dark, dusty storage. I hope no one ever has the bad luck of using this service. Its nothing but a waste of time, frustration and tears. I would not even wish this upon my worst enemy.
I am completely disappointed, they never come to deliver and simply send message 'we missed you' and your package takes so long to be dropped off at local exchange, i'm getting a reply from last 3 days saying it would be available tomorrow its 3rd day today!
I am now out of pocket £500 because of this company and their courier drivers. They must throw these packages around without a care in the world. Insurance purchased and will not compensate me, the item was completely smashed, I have provided proof including images etc. And they are not willing to do anything! Do not use!
Poor service... Never go with TNT if you want to send a parcel anywhere. Their services are soo bad they have lost my parcel that my family has sent from India to Canada and they did not delivered it and lied to me that they have delivered..
Those people are completely disfunctional. I get told by professional engine shop staff that TNT has shipped for them many times before with no problem. Thats the shop from which I am trying to ship a boxer engine (longblock) that weighs 70 kilos and I have carried one manually by hand. On the first booking the driver goes there and asks them to buy addictional straps to strap it to the pallet and says they will come back tomorrow. I cancel that booking because I also forgot to add insurance so I make second booking. This time they don't show up at all for 2 days until I finally managed to deal with their phone system and get in touch with them so they tell me the second booking was cancelled without me being notified nor refunded. And they refused to handle the shipment because the "engine might brake" and " it is too heavy (for a forklift)" and becuase i paid for insurance they don't want to be liable for it. The people you speak to on the phone have no access to anything so you gotta keep repeating all your details and all forms of numbers and pray to god they received it correctly on the other end.
I booked with TNT Express at times where it was economically making sense.
Little did I know that they would damage multiple orders for my customers, for expensive products.
I lost alot of money through the careless handling of their delivery drivers. This has happened to more than half of the packages I have booked with TNT Express. I also never ever got my claim on damage, approved, EVERY SINGLE TIME, THE CLAIM WAS REJECTED.
Shame on this company for the lack of care that the delivery drivers provide to the packages that they handle.
On top of that, on more than 75% of the orders that I have booked with this company, even though I took care in determining the right measurements and weight, I have been sent invoices for underpaid packages, for packages that I supposedly provided the incorrect measurements for!
I have never had this experience with any other courier.
Shame on this company, for providing zero value to your customers and not even that, charging money for taking value away from your customers.
I am much better off without this courier ever providing service to me ever again. If I find that it is economically viable to use this company for some customers, I will cancel these orders moving forward in place of booking with this company.
They recently sent me more than 5 invoices telling me that I had underpaid packages booked 1 month ago!
Shame on you, you are covering up for lost revenue by falsely charging your customers for delivering their packages.
This business model is built on being dodgy

Driver scribbled the wrong consignment number on a card which suggested I ring TNT and arrange re-delivery, signing the card and leaving it out front authorising them to leave the item. I did that. It took TNT days to track down the item because of the wrong consignment number and they then refused to deliver it to me (even though they've been paid to do it), telling me to collect it from some grocery store. What an awful service.
Answer: I can get hold of them but they are not able to help
Answer: I won't next time they Don't deliver on time, I will look at other transport
