Had a chair brand new transported from Darwin to Perth. Got damaged in Adelaides and TNT admitted it and then say it was not packaged correctly. If that was the cards the driver picking it up from the store should have identified that issue. Customer service is the worst when you contact them just blame everyone else. Even took out insurance with the delivery now saying they will not honor that. Never use TNT by far the worse.
We paid $175 for express shipping from Canberra to Sydney. It was told I should receive the item on Tues 13th Oct (and the tracking said the same). Since then, I have had excuses of scanning issues, had problems with the internet tracking, and never got our item on Tuesday, even after speaking with 2 separate people. By Wed afternoon, I was told that the 2 separate boxes went on 2 different trucks, WHY?. Received one box on Wed night... and never received the other. So I now have half an item, that I can't do anything with! No idea when I'm getting the rest as I'm still getting excuses and the run around from bad customer service and they won't let me talk with a manager. My son is still waiting on his very expensive birthday present 3 days later.
Their customer service is just nothing and disgusting to be specific. They never delivered to my package, only tried it 1x, and said that one one could take the delivery when the reception was opened who takes the deliveries for everyone! Plus on the app it showed that they did deliver and was signed for, then on the other page it said it wasn't, so messed up and confusing! Then by the time the reception confirmed they don't have it for sure and I contacted them they sent my package back to the sender and they wanted me to pay a $25 re-shipping fee for their own fault of non delivery. They didn't try to deliver any other times or send email or message on thr app before sending back. However, they said to the sender that they tried 2x, then few days later they told them they tried 3x actually, clearly a lie! Nothing shows on the app or online from this, only at once! Unbelievable and disgusting customer service, and forcing me to pay for a high amount of money to deliver again and lying about is unbelievable, and they couldn't admit and organize it with the sender company either...
NEVER USE THEM IF THERE IS ANY WAY!
Wasting so much of my time with dealing with this whole issue just to get it not even sorted, because they just unable to solve anything!
Package delivery failed over 7 times, still not delivered till now. For no good reason.
They claim to provide a contact number but they never call back and riders are not ALLOWED to call either.
As of now the package is LOST and can't be located at the Depot.
Customer service representatives are extremely RUDE and not helpful.
I call them every single day for 8 days straight, they claim to send in a redelivery request but it never works.
Representative Erica advised to call TNT number next time and ask for Erica to avoid reexplaining my situation every single day. Today, TNT representative (ALAN) picked up my call, extremely rude and indirect responses. He refused to transfer me to Erica as advised and hung up the phone on me. He told me "he doesn't care what happened the past 8 days he only cares about the last note which says the package can't be located.
THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE and I can't stress how much FedEx messed up by cooperating with this disgusting, shame of a courier service.
TNT is the worst, never use.
I hade very bad experience with TNT very none professional team and everything speak laying and don't Whats going on with the delivery I been struggling nearly 3 weeks to get my delivery but didn't happen so far badly disappointed
Absolutely appalling service for a logistics company, they have no idea how to handle operations and customers. They are absolutely unapologetic about delaying our package by over three weeks and were downright rude when I called them up and asked to speak to their supervisor to understand the delays and the incompetence showcased by their ground staff who ignored the email with the supporting documents required for customs clearance. We had to send the documents thrice for them to 'receive' it. Stay away - it's not worth the mental stress.
I run a small business and send many parcels throughout the year and thought (wrongly) that TNT Express would be the ideal courier for me. It took quite a few weeks to set up my account and then it was the wrong one and had to be changed. At first everything ran smoothly but then when I booked parcels in after a period they were not being collected. Trying to communicate with TNT Express has been rather difficult, with wait times of trying to talk to someone being as long as 40 mins and even then the issue not being resolved. It took 12 days for one parcel to be collected that daily phone calls was not resolving.
Also now I'm being invoiced for something I know absolutely nothing about. I phoned regarding this and was told I have nothing on account and to ignore the letter. I have since received another invoice for the same thing and a follow up letter to say if not paid within a week my account will be suspended. Well I couldn't give a damn as I'm using a courier who does collect and doesn't charge for services not received.
The other issue I have with FedEx/TNT Express is that there is no customer information on the invoices they send out so you could in fact be paying someone else's bill!
Customer service is non existent.
I got an item imported by them, got sent a customs and VAT bill, paid it immediately and though it was good.
They then copied the invoice and billed me again, spent 6 months so far trying to sort it. Don't both with e-mail they have NEVER responded to any message ever after the first automated acknowledgement. Getting through on the phone takes hours, most of the time when you do speak to someone they just hang up rather than answer. Even when I did finally get a helpful person they quickly established the bill had been paid said they would sort it and then sent me another copy of the bill with a message agreeing it was a copy of a bill that had been paid but wanting me to pay it anyway and suggesting I submit the original (correct and paid) invoice for VAT refunds multiple times to get my money back, as that would be fraud and could land me in prison I ignored that!.
Still getting sent invoices and still trying and failing to get any response from them at all, I am now getting legal advice.
Very poor service. Have used many international delivery companies as far afield as delivering parcels to Hong Kong, I always receive a text message as does the receiver, giving a specific time. TNT do not do this. What I find most amusing is that there were 4 people at home, we were all aware that a very important parcel was arriving and were all waiting for it, 2 cars in the driveway and 2 dogs lying right by the window that go ballistic when anyone knocks and yet I received a note to say sorry we missed you. I then phoned the helpline and after waiting for ages for it be answered get told it will def be redelivered that same day. I phone back a little while later to ask if they can narrow down the time as now my whole day has been disrupted as the parcel has to be signed for, I then get told that it won't be redelivered today. When I start to get upset I get told that they will terminate the call. Don't worry I did it for them. I call back only to be told by a different person that it will be delivered that day. Here I sit still waiting! I hope when fedex take your company over that it doesn't ruin their reputation. With all the modern technology available you really need to get with the program and have some better customer service too!
Warning warning warning This company is big scam staff is so rude the service is reducules my passport spouse to arrive 10 days ago I been calling but staff is so ugly speak I cancelled my flights as it's my son passport he can't travel with us after a ever long 10 days still I have not any hope that I received my passport soon please if anyone reading this please never ever use this company so disappointed I even can't write more than this it's so frustrating feeling I have

The delivery guys usually don't come and just say they didn't find the destination. They don't call also.
The clients service is worse, they don't give any solution and work like a machine.
Not recommend at all.
I'm talking about my experience with tnt France.
I sent document via TNT. When they didn't find the receiver, TNT man didn't phone the receiver and he just drop the parcel inside the mailbox and it is not a professional way to deliver. The document might be lost in that way...
And when I checked the tracking site TNT wrote that the receiver delivered it personally and it was not happened... they are liar.
THEY PUT IT WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY IN HOUSTON AND THEN WITHIN THE SAME DAY THEY PUT DELIVERED. WITH SOMEONE SIGNING UNDER MY NAME THAT IT GOT DELIVERED. IT WAS NEVER EVEN IN MY STATE! I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA. They signed under my name and under my real address! Never use them THEY WILL STEAL OR LIE
This is the second full day l have waited for a delivery and it has not arrived. 1st occasion it was delayed in transit and arrived damaged. No phone calls just didn't turn up and got new text informing of next day delivery. Same today, an absolute joke. Tried calling them but just saying we are busy! Another day wasted sat at my salon in this heat. Will have to do it all over again probably tomorrow? Not my choice of delivery company and would never choose or recommend them EVER. Only good thing was the delivery drivers very polite..
This company does not give any before hand notifications and you cant even set a time of delivery bc they cant guarantee this.
So I received a sms that my package been tried to deliver but failed, so yes I called them explained I work to 4pm and that they would set this as a request, so its at my house after 4pm tomorrow i asked bc now it traveled 150km back to closest depot.
NO they answered we can only write it down as a request, next Day I get The same sms text message, they try to deliver again around 1pm when they know I work to 4pm.
So this what happned now for 3 days and im pissed, zero quality thinking, no respect for clients or Mother nature, this has already traveled 150km x 6 already in vain and more to come.
I would strongly suggest you use another Carrier theese are by far The worst.
My parcel has been in my nearest depot for 4 days, they eventually tried to deliver it and they went to the wrong house, on the tracker it said customer not at home' they left me Details to contact them to resolve it but obviously this was put through the wrong letterbox so I had no way of contacting them, I eventually got through to them and they suggested I pick it up from their depot, I've replied 3 time's asking which depot it is at and they haven't replied since. If you have a choice never use this company.
Left a fed ex door tag on my door when I was home 20ft away. The fed ex door tag provided is an invalid fed ex number and does not work so no fed ex support is accessible. In ebay tracking it shows tnt failed delivery attempt and my package is now back at tnt depot awaiting my instructions. Which is more nonsense since the fed ex door tag left no contact info for tnt,, only fed ex,, which the tag number is completely invalid in fed ex system. Complete incompetent trash. Waited 2 weeks for important international package only to be lost by tnt/FedEx unaccountable door tag tracking and confused online tracking and non existent customer support. Use these companies at your own peril.
If you want your package to arrive on time DO NOT USE TNT! This company is so unprofessional! And when you need to speak to someone to resolve your shipping issues, good luck speaking to someone who can actually help you! I have been transferred at least 10 times to phone numbers that put you on hold - once for more than 1 hour and then another time for 52 minutes - and then I got disconnected. It's ridiculous! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I have three packages that have been stuck at the airport for 2 weeks. FEDEX has no clue about what is going on at TNT. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER use TNT or FEDEX again. I gave 1 star because that is the minimum allowed.
Answer: I can get hold of them but they are not able to help
Answer: I won't next time they Don't deliver on time, I will look at other transport
