Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Twice in two days I have had "receiver not home" as an excuse for not delivering. Somebody wasted my time on both days. Take responsibility for your failures, don't blame the receiving individual. Sickening on so many levels. You are a disgrace.
I sent my item with TNT Express( 3 days delivery time) and the reciever did not get it after 40 days, they do not answer emails, to call them you need to pay 30 cent/min... i was calling them 3 times and each time 30 min on hold, and they just passed me to each other... they asked the reciever to answer lots of stupid nonsense question related to custom tax. The reciever gave them all correct infirmation and still after 40 days tgey gonna shipp it back. Just crazy... they do all dirty big businesses with out any problem and make fun with poor people fir small issues... it is the second time with this stupid carrier... poor customer service and they are working very close to custom tax... get the portion from them... I will never use it any more... if you read this please do not support them and do not ship your items with them...
Worst company, they lie and lie and you can't get your mail, I have called them several times after an hour or more, they hang up the phone three weeks I can see that my mail is in Malmö but they don't deliver and they says that there was no one at home even though I have been home with three other people, therefore I never recommend TNT to pick up your mail
My parcel is delayed by 12 days and 2 days befor it was came in my city but till not delivered. Please dont use tnt anymore

Every day they send an email that they could not deliver, and we are waiting at home -ridiculous!
Do not use this delivery. It is impossible to contact them and talk to someone alive. They say they will come and they never come or they reschedule it all the time. And they say they will arrive from 8 am till 8pm. I cannot wait whole days in front of the door.
I cant even explain how bad this was. I calledFed Ex and they helped me so much. I'll never get my package but I got the scammers on the run. If you have ANY problem with TNT email your problem to

After carefully examining the fireworks quantity along with prices I have concluded that TNT has indeed made it clear they are after big money with little effort. I cannot justify the assortment prices either. All in all I think TNT needs to loosen their belt before they burst.
These guys would find it hard to deliver between next door neighbors! Useless to do business with or receive anything from anyone.
Do yourselves a favour and look elsewhere!
Was asked to send some documents for customs clearance which was sent couple of times but the company has refused to release this shipment.
The client that owns this order has been harassing us at our business place and also threatening to sue us which looks bad for our business.
This is really getting frustrating now as this shipment has been in Dublin for more than 3 weeks now but yet to be delivered.
SHOCKING DELIVERY SERVICE
Very stressful time for me and my wife waiting for our passports, waiting nearly a week in the house and worrying. Said they had attempted delivery a number of times but lied as wife was in all week. Checked our ring camera one day, driver took picture of house and drove off. My wife's passport came first and rang her mobile for her to come out to the van to collect it because he couldn't be bothered to walk up our path. Then I had text from TNT 2 days later saying my passport had been signed for and delivered. I panicked and checked with neighbours to see if it was there. Tried ringing office a number of times to see what was happening, just to be kept on hold for hours and then cut off. Eventually managed to get through to a rude customer support member who couldn't tell us anything helpful. Not sure why the government are using this company to deliver such important documents. Shocking service and would definitely not recommend this company at all.
Pathetic effort for an interstate delivery. I was told that overnight service gives no guarantee of overnight delivery - it can take 2 days - but over a week is ridiculous. Then I was told the receiver was not home - but it was a business with staff on site. They had phone contact details, but the driver has no company phone, so just return to the depot without contact.
I tried the same delivery with startrack standard service and it was delivered in 36 hours
DELAYED DELIVERY, NO ANSWERS TO EMAILS, TRACKING SHIPMENT NOT UPDATED PROPERLY(I RECEIVED MY LAST SIPMENT A WEEK BEFORE AFTER 10 DAY DELAY, STILL IT SHOWS IN TRANSIT IN TNT TRACKING)
Ordered a part for Lamborghini. Arrived in 2 days! From overseas. From Europe to washington. That's like 5000 miles away. I thought it would take months. TNT employees good job
The delivery driver attempted to deliver my parcel TWICE to a DIFFERENT LOCATION: a location that I am 100% correct. They even send me pictures saying they could not deliver the parcel to me. Of course, they can't go to the right location.
I've never had problems with DHL, Royal Mail, UPS, DPD, and Amazon. But what is wrong with you? I can't also get someone to help me.
I think you have to train your drivers well and let them know how to use GPS, or change them as they don't satisfy the customers. I don't want to think that they are just all lazy but it's the first thing that comes to mind.

Received a text saying my parcel had been delivered to my address, WHICH IT HAD NOT... as i was home. Had to walk down the street and found my parcel dumped on someone elses deck. I called and was told that a supervisor will contact me... waiting waiting... I knew they wouldn't. This company should be shut down they are SHOCKING... They are not worth 1 star, but is the only way that this message will stay online.
Worst compoany I have ever dealt with. Parcels lost, no customer service, unanswered emails. Currently waiting 4 weeks for two parcels that should have been delivered 3 weeks ago, and I am losing business due to not having the stock... not that TNT care about that (or anything else)
Tracking site continues to repeatedly state the package arrived at TNT location. Delay.
This was shipped March 23,2022 and it's a month later. Over 30 days.
It has been more that 9 days since custom cleared my goods and consignment is still at Dartford Hub. I call them almost everyday and one day I am told that shipment has gone to my local TNT depot then the next day they tell me that it is still at Dartford. They are not able to track this 1 metre cube box. Each member of staff is guessing where the shipment might be but no one is sure. I complained but no result. They tell you item will be delivered when it is possible as they have a huge backlog.
Just to remind you all that TNT has merged with FEDEX (those who have used FEDEX they know what i am talking about).
Answer: I can get hold of them but they are not able to help
Answer: I won't next time they Don't deliver on time, I will look at other transport
