I have been waiting for them to deliver my daughter's passport to be told 3 times they tried to deliver it when I was at home all bloody day so now I am still waiting and my daughter needs it to get a job so thank you TNT
Disgraceful service and customer service,they told me lies when i rang to find where my goods were, they didn't even keep up the info on my tracking number. Shame on you TNT
Useless company. Avoid at all costs! I've scheduled the collection and then failed to collect my parcel twice in a row day by day saying "company closed" when it's a residential address. Customer Service doesn't care and it's a bloody ping-pong with them. Never ever again. They are worse than Evri and Yodel.
We have a regular Driver Ron who delivers around the Artarmon 2064 Nsw area always makes rude insulting remarks. Have complained a few times to no avail. Tnt or Fedex have lost quiet a bit of business because of this person as we are using different couriers. No problems with other couriers who are always courteous.
Worst service EVER. Every single time my company has to use their services they messed up! I don't understand how a company can even survive in the market with such a terrible service.

1. Not arrived and they have made No contact with me despite 5 attempts via their portal/website...

Phoned me asking if I'm waiting on a parcel and then asked lots of personal info so obviously I hung up and phoned customer services well 9 calls I made and each time I was fobbed off and even hung up on twice I needed to know if it was them. Disgusting service still haven't a clue and still no parcel. They literally told me my custom won't effect them if I take it else where so that's what I will do. I might only spend 100 quid a week but al spend it with a better company. Thanks for nothing tnt fed ex whatever
This is one of the most annoying companies I have ever worked with. You call only for stuff to pick up you call and put it aside. Then you listen to them having conversations and laughing. Absolute rubbish.
It is so obvious that this is a rubbish delivery service. We saw the driver stop in front of the drive take photo and drive off with message that no one was at home.
They then altered the re-delivery date they we requested to one that they preferred, but we were working.
It is a shame that UK govt is fine for passports to be delivered by this useless company.
We paid customs charges last 18/1/2023, as of today we have not received the package due to internal bureacracy and no solutions are provided. They are the worst courier ever. Hopefully FedEx will not be drag to this terrible sistem...
I am on the phone with a lady called Jyoti today and she took over 20 mins to even get me correct status of my shipment. Not sure what makes them commendable. To us, they are our worst experience. Gautam Nadikeri is their contact guy. Never calls back, never writes back, cannot update status. Not doing business with TNT...EVER as in EVER. This is our shipment no btw *******. Just in case someone is bothered to even find out what went wrong.
Horrible service. Tasked to deliver a 500£+ package they never bother informing the customer that they have arrived. Just left a re-delivery slip for a week later. Called them and the rude lady just said they do not offer a service of informing their customer that they're here! Their emails are automatically flagged as spam by google, but, who in the world sends a delivery confirmation with broken images at 4am!
Shipped a package from Venice Italy to California. It was a store that said FedEx but used TNT shipping labels. Paid $55 to ship it, that was on November 18th 2022. I still have the shipping receipt with tracking number. When I scan on TNT and FedEx sites it says unable to locate package. When I contacted TNT they said you need to contact the Venice Office. The Venice office speaks little English and said "we don't have your box and hung up. Extremely unprofessional company. I am not out the cost of the item and the shipping cost a total of $160.00. Never should have shipped TNT / Fedex. I have been robbed. I want my package!
I was waiting for an important document and their courier could not find the simple address in main street in London 3 times! After 3 weeks I went to their collection point outside if London to pick my parcel up.
After whole day waiting for my passport I recived the message that I am not at home and the picture with the delivery guy holding my parcel in the car:(
If this is not important document and I didn't took the day off to wait for delivery I would think this is a joke... Shame on you TNT and your unreliable staff!
Horrible company!
I'm awaiting 3 packages. All 3 have the same number and were picked up by TNT at the same time on the same place. 2 of the packages were immediately sent from Wypedy to Vienna, but the 3rd one was sent only a day later. Those 2 packages arrived here to Budapest 3 days ago. I've called them 3 times and I was told my packages will arrive today until 6pm. Today I've called them, because my packages haven't arrived and, they told me, that they didn't deliver them because they left the packages in a depot, because they had some problems with them (they could not explain what the problems were). They also told me, that the packages will arrive on next Wednesday (Monday and Tuesday are holiday). I needed those packages for the holidays and I've paid extra for delivering them by the end of the week...
Package from UK was sitting in Pyrzowice Poland for over a week. Customer Service phone number in Poland was not a valid number. TNT UK refused to help and redirected me to the invalid Polish customer service number.
I've got my passport delivery text in the in the morning and I'm waiting until 12. But the passport delivered in the wrong address without signature and without identifying. Then I tracked and see the door number and collect my passport from the wrong delivered address. What a stupid delivery driver in Hastings
TNT cab service in Mansfield Ohio has been really quick to get to me to keep every appointment without being late in the last 2 months of me using their service. The other cabs in Mansfield take forever to get to anything (c &d taxi). They don't seem to care about any appointment times always late. But TNT is Johnny on the spot. TNT is 49 565 2602 if you want to be on time.
Answer: I can get hold of them but they are not able to help
Answer: I won't next time they Don't deliver on time, I will look at other transport
