Two months after ordering some standard batteries (that were in stock) I eventually gave up and asked for a refund (now hoping I receive it). Each time I contacted Tmart they asked me to be patient and wait for shipment. Their shipping policy says it would take 3-15 days.
Not worth the savings if one has to waste so much time chasing them and waiting for the goods.
I am always renting saxophones because I am play it, and it costs 200 dollars for ten months! Now, I googled soprano sax AND IT ONLY COSTS 180 DOLLARS TO BUY IT! It comes with a free gift for orders over 18 dollars so I picked up free windows headphones.(Cheap and fragile, but they work.) You can also get Nintendo DS Pens, Phone screen covers, etc.

Right, I'm not sure if this is the same for every one of their customer's but I'm actually quite p*ssed at this company.
I ordered a phone, which had decent reviews, on October 27th 2013. It is now December the 11th. Still hasn't arrived, nor logistics information available. They surprisingly told me after i ordered the phone that it's 'out of stock'. Seems legit right? Not only this. I have messaged them on their 'live chat' 3 times in which they replied twice, to give me a 'Tracking Number'. Where you click on this link and... oh yes, it also doesn't work. Surprise? It's ridiculous. I feel embarrassed at the fact i've practically lost my money. I advise anybody to stay away from this site.
I placed an order for Christmas gifts for my staff. The website indicated stock was available and the product would ship in 48 hours. I received a confirmation of the receipt of the order, but nothing else. After a week, I checked the site and saw nothing had shipped. I then contacted customer support. I was informed they were out of stock. I asked for the order to be canceled. I have been told it will be; however, they are unwilling to send me an email that it has actually been cancelled. I'm told must wait 1 to 2 days for this to occur. Based on their history I don't have any faith this will actually occur. A notice that they were out of stock immediately after placing the order would have been nice. Now, I'll have to scramble to find replacement gifts. I do know I won't be ordering from TMart again. Also, all reviews posted on their site show a positive experience, thag's because they state they will review and post if it is acceptable.
I absolutly love all the colors and how much it costs (: Usually the cost of this in the real world you would only Be able to buy 3 nail polishes... but Omg 24! IM LOVIN T-MART

Shady, very shady. Stay away and avoid! Placed my order in hopes that it would be shipped in 24 hours as disclosed on the website. Never happened and my order is still in "held status" after three weeks. Getting the runaround from their live customer support day after day with false promises. Cancelled my order immediately as should you! #Warned
I've just collected my 2nd order from T-mart and I'm all the way in South Africe. Thank You guys I will be spreading the word locally...

Ordered by flashlight shares at a discount. For this price, a great flashlight. Metal itself. Has a plastic lens. For me, a little less is that zoom in flashlight changes simply by sliding the head of the flashlight. And also the fact that in the lantern flashlight no gum protecting against moisture. But for the price of about $ 100 just a great lantern.
I am thinking of placing a order of $100 mostly camera accessories and what not and i was wondering if there is any risk involved or is this site reliable? I have looked at some other reviews and there are lots of people saying bad things and good things about Tmart! Someone help me

The website is displayed on the business days. The shipment company will update it at different times according to the logistics of time. The time we told you is the recent shipping time.

They will spam you! They do not include unsubscribe links in commecial mailing. They do not honor request to have your email removed from list,
I was weary about ordering from Tmart after reading all of the BAD reviews online, but after looking into it more decided to take a chance. I placed an order for 16$ worth of tattoo supplies, just nonsense crap that I could throw out if it was inferior. I made sure all the items were shipped from the U.S. warehouse, and they arrived in Canada in my mailbox 16 days after purchase date. I decided that from the quality of the items ( rated at par) and the average shipping time I would place a larger order. 100$ was the second order, I received all my items in good condition within 13 days from order being placed. Great prices, free shipping, quality products, you have my business. You just have to be smart about what you are buying, and where it is coming from. Thanks Tmart!

Forgot to send one of my item, and finally tmart refund its price to me soon, it is ok, not so bad. I received the other three products, very fast, received the day before the birthday of my daughter, she was very satisfied with them.
What I bought is a red belly hip scarf, but they shipped me a black one which is cheaper than mine. Although they refunded me 2$, but I still felt a little bit disappointed.
I cant get in touch with anyone my sister bought me a android tablet and i need to get my refund because its damaged i mailed it back cant get anyone to contact us to get our money back can anyone help me
