It's too bad that I have to select at least 1 star in order to post this because 1 star is waaaaaay too good a rating for these *!?@*!
Ordered something on t-mart, was apparently shipped out less than 24hrs later, however it has been over a month and I still have not received anything. Sent countless emails and received no reply. Tried the chat and it was down, tried the chat a few days later and actually "spoke" to someone, all they did was give vague generic answers telling me that they recently switched shipping companies and that it was the shippers fault, that this is a busy time of season and delays are to be expected.
They provided me with a tracking number but REFUSED to tell me which company they use to ship. Told them I tried that tracking number on UPS, USPS, and pretty much any and every shipping website and it came up invalid. They told me that it is against company policy to disclose their vendors.
Shopping to tmart.com is a great experience. I bought some nail polish and it's a free tax.

I just followed my brother's advice and tried to find the item I want in tmart. What made me surprised is I really found what I need. GOOD
I ordered several items off tmart.com. And i am please to say they live up to there word. I ordered i a four gun tattoo kit and when it arrived i was upset most of my ink's where not there. I concacted tmart and did as they asked just took a pic of the package, now im in heaven. Since i have ordered more equiptment and plan on always

Placed order online and then got e-mail requesting photos of my credit card, passport, and utility bill. After several attempts to reason with them in frustration checked out this site. It is obvious that employees are posting the positive comments, and the bad reviews are the truth. Canceled order, will watch my credit card for activitiy. Stay away, don't even think of trying this company.
Takes 1-2 weeks to ship out. Takes additional 2++ months to arrive. Items shipped from China mysteriously lost in mail (last tracking shows in Beijing, but never made it out)... Some packages shipped out third party via Sweden. Customer service unresponsive (i. E don't care, no refunds!). For paypal users, do submit claims within 45 days of non arrival, or Paypal says no refunds, no assistance. Newsletters spams almost daily... Avoid the disappointment and hassle! Shop elsewhere..
Tmart.com is the proudest business partner, is very suitable for Resellers like me, in fact I already possessed a regular customer, it's all thanks Tmart.com too!
The picture of the digital video are so clear and it is out of my imagination, but the instrution is a bit different to follow, hope you can improve
I purchased this mount for my 37 inch LCD TV. Installation was easy. The trouble I encountered was caused by a bad wall stud finder. Make sure you have one when you install this mount because you need to screw the mount into a wall stud or at least have one screw into a wall stud.
Horrible. Company! Ordered a $4.50 horse watch from them. It is defective. Over ten emails in three weeks trying to get it replaced. They ask the same questions over and over, how many, send a picture, defective or. Broken. They are ridiculous. Stay away. From them!

I have no one to blame but myself. I read some negative comments but still decided to give tmart a try. Now I regret it. I placed an order and realised that after 1 day, it was still saying pending so I thought I should see what was wrong. Found out that an item that clearly showed in stock when I ordered, was now out of stock. Then I asked to change the order and it was like speaking gibberish. The online chat rep just seemed clueless. Eventually I spelt it out easily enough and clearly and then asked about the shipping time. He told me it was being shipped from hong kong though I chose my items from us warehouse... and I have to wait for atleast 20 days! Then I asked that the order be altered to remove the out of stock item and that I would like some confirmation. I can't get any confirmation... nor are these changes reflected under my account. In fact as I speak my order still shows that all items are available! I am glad I did not order a big $ and I am pretty sure I would never do it again. Sometimes we take chances just to get a low deal but then we get low balled in the process. Its scary what kind of people hide behind colorful websites! - TORONTO ONTARIO..
I ordered a monitor and the tracking number they sent me was not a legitimate tracking number. Glad I paid with paypal. After 29 days of waiting for the merchandise or an updated shipping record, I have cancelled my order and submitted a fraud report. Very shady. Please note the poor grammar and spelling on the positive reviews. It's laughable. The "buyer" from "South Africa" doesn't know how to spell it. Hmmmm.
What a joke, this Tmart employee keep posting positive reviews for his company like if we are too stupid to recognize it.!
The only stupid and scammer here is Tmart.com who is acting this way.
Tmart.com is risky. Your credit card is in jeopardy, don't accept to return your item if you do not receive a credit first. Bad quality and no customer service other then to feed you lies
