I ordered a Spy watch on recommendation from another site.

Firstly the item took over a month to come. Then when it finally arrived the camera wouldn't work. I tried to get some help from Tmart with their online interactive help. They are useless. Their English is terrible which wasn't too much of an issue because the info they were giving me was useless any way. (I later found they are based in S. Korea) They told me to order new parts for the watch and too dismantle it to get new springs, new batteries and a new USB chord. Even though the watch was supposed to be brand new. I decided to try to solve this myself without their "help" so I inserted the CD which came with the watch in hope there were drivers or some further help. What I found was several trojan viruses. Then the actual watch just stopped working. TMart will not acknowledge they have messed up, will not offer me alternates or offer me a refund. They are a joke. Will never use them again.

I ordered over £50 worth of goods from Tmart. A lighter did not work at all and they had wrongly listed items. I purchased several cupcake lip BALMS for my young nieces but when they arrived they were actually red lip GLOSS! I have emailed several times with no joy, even though the packaging clearly says lip gloss and I have sent them a photo they still insist if I send them back I have to cover postage costs, which are phenomenal. They actually said 'Nieces will love lip gloss please do not worry'! Do not purchase from them they have no english speaking customer service staff, so cannot understand any complaints you are making.

Ridiculous Company do not buy from them! Shipping is very slow if you ever get your item! Most cases you wait for your item for month and when you get fed up with waiting and email them they blame it on your local post office or even better on your neighbors! You get a tracking no but you cant track the item!
I started they dropshipping I lost $100's and had to close down my ebay business cause all my customers were pretty annoyed for not getting their products and I had to refund most of my customers and of course I got bad reviews because of this dishonest Company!
Never do business with them!

I bought three items: watches, nail polish and phone cases at tmart when Black Friday, i received them after six days, this time I can accept, I was satisfied with the watches and cases, but the nail polish spilled out, a little disappointed, contact the customer service they agreed to send me any other new one

I can say that this is not a bad shopping experience, so 4/5, I hope in the future to check perfect before sending goods

I ordered a few small items at the end of November, just waiting now to see what happens. Thought I would check out tmart.com's reputation so here I am. It's of interest to note that, yes, the positive reviews consistently have poor grammar. I even saw two separate reviews, from 'different' names, with exactly the same text (word for word). Not sketchy at all (ya, right). Here are the names/times:
