TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY! Took WAY too long (I still haven't received my order and it's been over a month). Their customer service is awful, can't even understand their e-mails and nobody answers their "customer care" line, nor do they return voice messages left. Of the 7 items I ordered, 4 were not in stock, but they never contacted me to let me know until after I'd complained to them via e-mail about the slow shipping. Rather than wait til in stock, I asked for a refund a week ago - still haven't been credited yet. I doubt I'll ever see that money.
Don't waste your time or money with this unprofessional "retailer" - if I EVER get the stuff, it will probably be Chinese junk anyway. I'm EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED.
I was a little bit apprehensive when i placed my order at tmart. Bec. It took so long before my order arrived,, but when finally got it. I was so thankful., indeed great.

I purchased the 16GB Electric Guitar Shape USB Flash Drive Red from tmart.com and purchasing from the website was a very satisfying experience. The website was easy to read and I easily found my way navigating through the various pages. The ordering process was fairly simple too and didn't demand for too much information or didn’t require me to switch from page to page. Delivery of the product was swift and I received my order well before the stipulated time. Even the customer service department was very helpful when I got in touch with them to confirm whether my order had been placed. The website has no hidden charges and you pay exactly the price mentioned beside the product.
My brother used my tmart account to buy a USB, and they asked him to confirm, although it costed him some time for conformation, I felt this process is good, cause it can make sure the safety of the account holder, good
I would give them 3 star but their product quality is very good so I gave them 4 for that only. I am satisfied that their freight is too slow, then I waited two weeks.
I bought a 8GB USB, but TMART informed me that was out of stock then and they said they can ship me a 16 GB one, you know, I was so surpriced at this, but finally, I got the 16 GB one, quite cool.

Once I got the hang of cutting the slices evenly, I started having a blast! There were so many cute little designs in the pack I received that it was hard to decide what sort of theme to do. The blade was nice and sharp and gave me neat, clean fimo slices to work with. For the price and the number of different designs included, I was quite pleased with this little set!

I have purchased a number of items from Tmart and find their online ordering system very easy to use. On most occasions my orders arrived within six weeks. My most recent order did not arrive as expected, but I received prompt and courteous support from customer service when I advised them that it had not been delivered to my address. The order was sent again and arrived with four weeks of the second despatch.
At the begining of this year I ordered 2 violins. They arrived withing 4 days after my order and were absolutely beautiful. The price was great and the violins were of excellent quality. Thanks for the great service.
I made wrong purchase and they only sent me 80% refund. 20% restocking fee is a little high. Although the item was shipped from outside of the country, it arrived within a reasonable time period, but keep the distance and time in mind.
They have good prices, but the delivery could vary between 3 and 6 weeks (to Ireland).
All problems I have faced with the items, the customer service solved it quite well (resending it or giving the money back).
I read the evaluation of tmart in here, there are some good and poor, it seems to be normal.

I think everyone is being unfair. I ordered a tablet for my mum for christmas. After reading bad reviews I started panicking and emailing them telling them to hurry up!
Anyway, it didn't arrive for christmas but it has just arrived today and its fab for the money! It's only 3 days late... but for godsake, it was coming from Hong Kong to England in the Christmas post!
Anyway, I'd defo recommend this site. They even sent me an email saying Merry Christmas:'-)

I bought LED Bathroom Showerhead form tmart before 10 days
Pros
The Adjustable Water Pressure Showerhead from Tmart.com works exactly as advertised. It has the LED colors that change exactly how they're supposed to, and it makes showers fun! It provides enough light to easily wash up in the shower without wasting electricity on an overhead light.
Cons
Depending on how much pressure you like in your shower, this showerhead may not provide the pressure you need.
Never trust this online store. Yes, they are cheap in price and free delivery, but you never trust them. They collect your money but never ship. I placed an order for two smartphone in early November 2013, and the phone were supposed to send out in 24 hours according to their advertisement. Waited for more than 10 days, no response from Tmart. Checked their website with my order number, the order was "Under Processing" Wrote them emails asking for the delivery date, they said the phone were not in stock asking me to wait to another 7 days. Fine, waited for 7 days, the order was still under processing. Email them, the answer was still the same for another 7 days. Eventually, after another 10 days, they sent me an email telling me they finally have stock and ready to ship. Excited! After two days, they sent me another email telling me that the phones were out of stock again. They told me one story in one day, but then on the other day, they told me another story which is totally upside down.
Besides, the customer service representatives are helpless. I doubt if they understand English at all. The CS Rep such as Sabrina, Angela and other girl do not what they are doing. They just copy and paste the email content, and never answer straight to my question. A simple question like "What is the shipping date?" took 9 emails back and forth to get a concrete answer.
Stop purchasing from this Tmart, they are liar. They do not have business integrity nor business sense. Trust those negative feedbacks about Tmart before you regret or disappointed like me!
