I received my product in great condition from tmart, it was wrapped up properly in bubble wrap in a large padded envelope along with my other purchases. I was really excited to see them because the design of the brushes. One thing to note is that the bag the brushes come in may smell like really rubbery somewhat like burnt tyre or something like that (you can only smell it when you're nose is quite close to it) and I don't intent to throw the bag away since its so pretty and stylish :)

I ordered a tablet and several accessories on 11/27 for my daughter. As of day, 1/10/14 I have only received the accessories, and am still waiting for the tablet! I have talked to customer service 3 times, once just getting a tracking number from the Swedish Post, and when that didn't work they told me to check back in 24 hours. The second contact told me that I would receive the item in 30 to 45 days of order date. I just spoke with another customer service rep, who told me that this 30 to 45 days was from the date of shipment. The tablet shipped 22 DAYS after I ordered it. When I inquired as to why this happened, since their web site states over and over that all orders ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed, I was told that the item was out of stock. When I asked why I was not informed of this (giving me the opportunity to cancel my order and get another tablet from elsewhere that I'm sure would have made it here by Christmas), the customer service rep ignored my question and instead told me she would expedite the shipping and I should receive it in 4 to 7 days. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN!

Be Afraid, very Afraid! Do not use this company...
I placed an order for small electronics (as stocking stuffers) ten days before Christmas. As of the date of writing (01/9/2014) the order has still not arrived. I first contacted customer service on 12/27 and received a response that the items had shipped from Hong Kong, and should arrive shortly, along with a tracking number and site. The tracking site was a link to the Swedish Post Office (I am in California), and I immediately queried what the Swedish Post Office had to do with delivery. I received a further reply that the shipment was "blocked by China customs, so the agent was shipped it from Sweden"! A further customer service query on January 8, elicited a different tracking number and 'confirmation' the shipment was sent from Hong Kong. I will see if it ever arrives.
Clearly this company is either inept, or just flat out lies.
They are on my blacklist!

Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I thought it was an American company because of some of the references on their website but I believe it's actually a Chinese company. The product I received was awful and the service after was the worst I have ever experienced. To be fair I have no one to blame but myself. When you order products for a fifth of the price of other sites plus free delivery you know deep down inside it's too good to be true and of course it is. I love the clearly false reviews that have been posted by the company themselves as having dealt with them any customer giving them more then one star is not genuine. Avoid at all costs and spread the word so we can warn others.

I purchases two watches on December 13,2013. One watch came in ten days, but the battery in the watch was dead. It would cost me more to replace the battery then what the watch is worth. The second watch came in a package with a box for the watch, but there was NO watch in the box. They shipped me an empty box with no watch. I sent them five emails explaining this and received only two replies back and BOTH replies had NOTHING to do with my missing watch in the box. DO NOT BUY FROM TMART unless you like spending money for garbage or for nothing. I will NOT purchase from them again.
