Purchased tires wrong ply.Tires.Auto won't send return labels so I can return. Wants me to pay $840 shipping. I pay $917 for the tires. I can't take that loss and still have no tires. This place is BAD FOR BUISNESS. Also they use AMAZON as a platform to sell their products. I contacted Amazon and Tires.Auto told them I have to send tires back on my dime.

I ordered a tire waited for delivery it said it was delivered but not to my address. I got home just to see there was no tire. Talk to customer service and they had really bad service no refund didn't even offer to replace my order. So if you need tires please don't not order from them it might happen to you next.

Ordered set of 4 tires through Walmart, 2 of the 4 tires ordered were shipped to residence and the others to the store. One of the two shipped to the store was defective, the mechanic noticed that before installation. Had to obtain refund from wm.com and reorder replacement. 5th tire took 2 weeks to be delivered to store. Unbelievably, after leaving WM finally with 4 new tires after a month, got a screw in rear tire and had to reorder yet another tire. That tire was supposed to be shipped and delivered in 4 days has now apparently been delayed for shipment by an additional 10 days!?

Ordered 2 tires and read the review afterwards, was worried at for a moment, but I recan e-mai that they were shipped and I received them today, one day early, great service, thank you, buy from them they are legit

Do not order from this website. I ordered five tires and immediately received an e-mail with receipt of order. They billed my credit card immediately and never shipped my tires. I called and finally got through and they said they only had four tires and had refunded my money. They never issued a refund. I agreed to take the four and they never shipped them. Now they are not answering the phone and their voice mail box is full. They do not answer emails either.
