Previously, I was a Recommended Installer and a wholesale customer. This is my first order since retiring, and I'm glad to see it's still super easy!

Ive always went to Tire Rack first for my vehicle rubber needs and this time was no exception. Found what I needed swiftly and installation has been scheduled.

The website is very easy to use and the options for shipment of tires is great. I have always used Tire Rack for all my tire needs.

The site is very easy to navigate and while they don't have every color for some vehicles, you can get a very good idea of how the wheels will look. I also really like that I can have them shipped directly to my mechanic.

As a recent buyer, I am quite pleased with the efficient business pace of TR. Not only do you carry a wide variety of brands, but you back it up with great customer service. Nice Work!

I have been ordering tires from Tire rack since 2003 and I have had no issues. The only incident I experienced was an order of tires that never came, but when I notified TireRack of the issue, they immediately sent a replacement for the set that I ordered.

It's always a pleasure purchasing tires from Tire Rack! So far my experiences have all been positive and I look on the site sometimes jst to price tires for future purchases.

Such an easy experience, just select your tires, have them ship to a store and you can actually scheduled an appointment while you complete the purchase. What else can you ask for.

On my initial purchase of tires, I had a service tech come out and do the on-site installation. The tires came with a warranty. On the second purchase, I was able to use my warranty and get replacement tires because mine had been damaged. This time I upgraded. The cost will be mostly covered because they are still under warranty. The new tires that I'm buying will have the same warranty. I love Tire Rack

Bought a set of tires and had them delivered to a local shop. The whole experience could not have gone any better. Completely satisfied.

My previous experience was lackluster at best. The tires were shipped via FedEx when I requested another vendor be selected. Which resulted in a critical delay that I had to compensate the customer for.

Fast and reliable, last order was for a road hazard claim, Tire Rack's insurance is outstanding! This order is to replace the other rear tire which is now at wear limits. Next order will be for another full set from Tire Rack

3rd order from Tire Rack and all have been easy as can be, no pushy salespeople, and more options than you can imagine. Need tires, shop Tire Rack, you dont need anything else.

The driver who delivered my tires left them in.plain view in my driveway. No knock on the door or doorbell rung. I live in. A nice quiet neighborhood but in buying a high price item one would think a courtesy notification should be warranted.

Every time I have ordered a tire from them it has come in a timely manor. They have been very reliable and always honor the road hazards.

I been a loyal customer for years and most of my family and friends. They are very helpful when you have questions, fast delivery and they always try to go out of their way to help you out.
