I love the variety & pricing but even though I've purchased at least a half dozen sets of tires the one time I needed to make a road hazard claim it was denied! Don't count on this part of their service! Not sure of the date

Our last order was delayed until after Thanksgiving, several days, due to a snowstorm, in which case the driver apparently was not able to make it from Minnesota to Norwalk, Iowa. Tracking was off, saying they could not find our order and then FedEx delayed the delivery a little more. We have never had this happen with any of our other orders from TireRack and hope it doesn't in the future. But, she finally got them and hope we receive the statement soon, because I have already called twice about it. Just waiting for the arrival of the second requested statement.

I've used Tire Rack for many years and never have they disappointed me, great prices on tires, fast delivery, great rebates, discounts.

I've been buying tires from Tire Rack for a very long time and you guys have never let me down. Always on time, easy to select what kind of tires that I'm looking for. Just an all around good company and I want to thank you guys for a job well done!

Tires on here were cheaper than the tire installation place or any other that i called and they arrive at the same time or earlier than if i ordered from them directly.

But then again, I did a tire and rim package yrs ago for my F-150 and what an awesome experience then as it was today ordering my wife's tires.

We live in a remote area with a mechanic, but no "tire shops". Being able to order tires directly to our home, so we can take them in to get installed, is a huge Blessing! We don't have to spend time waiting around…Thank you!

I ordered 2 tires for my '96 Trans Am WS6 this morning. The rim size I ordered was too big. Rather than finding this out when the tires were delivered to me, I received an email from Carter asking me to call him asap to discuss. He had held the order until I contacted him. I dodged a huge self-made headache today, and all the thanks go to Carter! Nice job!

Bought 4 tires. Not one tire could be put on. Tries 2 separate shops. Had to pay out of pocket for tires that wouldnt go on. After returning 2 and swapping 2. The 2 swapped out tires were finally able to be mounted. Hurray! Oh wait, it cost me an extra $100 because 4 crap tires couldnt be mounted. Thank God the other 2 went on or my kids wouldnt have had xmas this year.

Some big box websites don't have a place to put your vehicle year and information for a tire fit. Nice filters for all different types of tires and plenty of reviews.

I purchased my tires for my 2018 Mercedes Benz E- Class. The roads in Nashville TN were horrible. My two tires were attacked by potholes: thank goodness for the free road hazard warranty. Received two new tires under the warranty expiring!

Great the tire that I received were just what I needed at the time they worked very far on my vehicle. That's why I'm returning to purchase some more.
