I have had my previous tires for almost 6 years and have had no issues at all, my experience online was easy and went smoothly. Installation was simple and pain free, so I'm using this service in the future anytime we need new tires for cars in the family.

This is the third time I've worked with the Tire Rack team and it's always been a positive experience. Everyone I've ever dealt with has been knowledgeable and very friendly!

Tire Rack advisors were consistently knowledgeable about the vehicle fitment, tire performance and the status of their website and inventory. Coupled with an excellent website that enables quick comparison, review and test result access I was confident I was selecting the best tire/wheel combination for my vehicle and driving conditions. Without tire rack I would not have known that I was not limited to the OEM wheel/tire size which was limiting my tire selection.

Website is good and ordering and shipping have been fine. I've never needed customer service support. I have just submitted a road hazard claim for a tire and, so far, that has been painless, as well.

I have an Old Car. I ordered wrong tires due to a body modification I did not account for. Tire Rack picked up old tires and provided the new ones the next day. Prices were fantastic but the service is equally great!

This ordering site is among the worst that I have ever used. It is unnecessarily complex in insisting that I state the vehicle. I've been using Tire Rack since about 1980 and have never ordered the wrong tires. Just get over it!

... Except for Discount Tire:-/ I've bought probably 5-10 sets of tires from TR. Everything was great until the DT acquisition. They did many things wrong including installing the back on the front, mounting direction-specific tire backwards, etc. I don't remember all the things that went wrong, but I do remember it took me something like 4-5 visits to the store to get all the kinks worked out. Seems unbelievable to me that they couldn't do it right the first time. Anyway, I like the TR part of the whole TR+DT team a lot.

My experience was great. My Tire Rack customer service rep, Art, really helped me with my purchase. My model's trim level wasn't listed on Tire Rack's site, so Art helped figure out what would actually fit on my vehicle. Overall purchase experience was simple and having my tires shipped to my local Dunn Tire for install was easy. No issues at Dunn either. Definitely recommend Tire Rack and Dunn Tire.

Ordered my tires and received them in less than 24 hours! Everything was perfect. I live in upstate New York and they shipped from Connecticut i believe. If you want a good price and fast shipping Tire Rack is the place to go.

Beats going to the dealer and wasting time there, when all I did was purchase online beat the lines and had it sent to a tire shop close to my house for installation.
