Had a bad experience, and i coughed it up to maybe bad business mistake and decided to try again, i ordered a tire few days ago and received a brand new tire. Very satisfied and the delivery time was exceptional!~! This is the tirerack im used to! Thank you!
My last order, i received 4 tires that were scuffed on the wall of the tires,, you gave me a credit of 100.00 that in hinesight was not appropriate! Ive used tirerack for many years and never had a problem.So Im going to try one more time, and chaulk my last experince, to bad mistake(which can happen in business). Hopefully that was a one off, and going forward you can deliver.

If you need auto parts, order online and save your running around to stores. My experience has always been that delivery is fast and parts arrive in top condition.

It has always been a good experience with Tire Rack, more than 20 years! They have only gotten better with onsite testing and a larger database of customer reviews. They say what they will do, and do what they have said. What more can you ask?

I have ordered from TireRack on multiple occasions and every time has gone smoothly and I received what I ordered with no problems. It's easy to order online and they give you plenty of options for pick up and delivery.
Picked up General tires from Roseville, MN warehouse and got the pick-up discount. General Altimax RT45 tires have been performing better than expected. Ride is quieter than previous Falken tires.

Tire purchases have always gone smoothly. Got a great deal on a set of tires for my wifes new-to-us minivan. Only issue I had was a couple years ago with the mobile tire mount and balance. They sent a girl out who couldn't break the bead on 2 of my tires (they were just normal passenger car tires) and I had to end up taking it to a local shop instead to mount and balance. Otherwise, I've been a happy customer for almost 10 years now

I blew out one of my continental tires on my porsche 966. Continental discontinued that tire so I could not get an identical replacement. Tire rack phone help was great about helping me find a suitable replacement plus it was on sale! They also had a reasonable replacement for my spare tire which was original equipment from 2002.
Always had great experiences with Tire Rack. All issues that come up was handle quickly and professionally. Great for the past 30 yrs using them.
The winter weather started sooner than expected this year and came in swinging hard! I was able to buy a full set of snow tires and get them delivered a day later! The convenience of having them pre-studded, mount and balanced on steelies and set to the correct air pressure was beyond amazing. I was able to swap out my current set up and get these installed easily without ever needing to wait on a shop to get this all done. I'll definitely get my next set of tires from here!
Every convenience has been offered to make my purchase as easy as possible. My time is limited and I can't wait on someone else's time to get my tires and related services performed. I can install my own tires so being able to get a set mounted/balanced, studded, delivered and ready for me to install on my time is amazing.
Wheel and tire package have been balanced many times as well as tire replacement, but still have major balancing issue. Suspect bad rim. Original goodyear tires balanced twice, but still not good. Discount replaced with Michelins for extra cost and lifetime balancing package, but I'm still riding in a helicopter after 5 times rebalacing Michelins. Even took car into another tire shop to no avail.
Easy way to order tires without having to go through a tire shop. As long as you know what size you are looking for it will be a easy process. Tire rack rack sells good quality tires. Also have the speed rating on each product along with extra info on the add for the tire. Like telling you if the tire or tires are all season etc..
The tire I got was poorly stored allegedly. Causing the process to take almost a week. The installation shop didn't call me or bother to take down my number after they "lost it". Then when I drove my car home i noticed my windshield wiper was missing. I would call and complain but there is only one person working at the shop so why bother.

I've purchased tires through TireRack two times before. Their prices are reasonable; the delivery is fast and free. That's why I came back for the third time and third vehicle.
