Excelent products, great information and an easy to use web site, who could ask for anything more. Oh yeah, great prices, they have that too.

The first place I sent my wheels to refused to install them, claiming that since my rims were on the fancier side, they didn't have the equipment needed that wouldn't potentially scuff them. Called TireRack and they quickly transferred the wheels to a place that would and they happily installed them. Just be sure to call ahead and make sure they offer what you're looking for, but customer service was very timely and helpful.

Real Slow. Had to wait for every screen. Option to NOT schedule install was well hidden at bottom of screen in small pale lettering. I liked the early part of the experience, selecting the tires was good. Ordering sucked.

This is my 2nd purchase. TR has a great selections of tires, and offer flexible payment and delivery options. Thanks again TR!

I have made many purchases and am very happy. I tell everyone that will listen, "this is how to buy tires"!

I was able to do thorough research using their site. I wound up with Pirellis (on the suggestion of my mechanic) over the Goodyear tires I've had three iterations of. The tires literally arrived the next day, the cost was the lowest I found online, and my mechanic had them on my Hylander the day after that.
Tire Rack is awesome, and I'll never look back. Price and quality are top-notch. With new tires on my 120,000 Hylander along with new brake fluid, transmission fluid, and coolant, my car feels like a new ride.
I feel real cheesy writing this, but... "Thanks Tire Rack!"

In all honesty, I can't imagine a better tire buying experience than Tire Rack if you are willing to a little research to determine the best tires for your vehicle on your own. Otherwise you'll definitely wind up paying a lot more for worse tires.
