I've shopped at Tire Rack for over a decade, but the one time I needed to make a valid warranty claim because the wheel and tire package I purchased had been improperly mounted (by TR), they pushed back and refused to honor their warranty. It took weeks to finally get them to admit they messed up and make it right.
