Buying one tire is never fun. That usually means something happened to make it unfixable. The Pilot Sport S is not a cheap tire, but so worth it. Tire Rack came through. Even got it a day early. Got it mounted and Road Force balanced at my local shop. Back on and once again life is Good!

Bought tires for my Rav4. Michelins. Great tires! Swapped out the factory OEMs, which were pretty good, but these are better.

I've always had good experiences with TR. It's nice to load your vehicle info in your account to use near term and in the future for vehicle related products and purchases. I value the selection in tires, the customer ratings and feedback as well as the Tire Rack testing and results to make an informed decision. I have a local warehouse where I can pick up my tires which offers savings versus shipping.

I have ordered tires to be delivered at residences, and to businesses. Tire Rack consistently delivers what I ordered on the day it was promised. There seem to be a very small number of businesses that actually seem to use or accurately update the data online and **have it actually match** - I have never experienced promise a specific tire, set up a delivery... then "oops we don't actually have what we said we have"moment.

We bought a set of tires for our Camry and had an object in the road cause a tire to be destroyed. They were only a month old and we filled out all the required forms to get reimbursed by another company other than Tire Rack. That was over 45 days ago. We still have not received payment. When you purchase from Tire Rack understand they don't reimburse for tire hazards. The company that handles it is a fraud in my opinion. Therefore, do not count on actually having road hazard coverage which isn't actually free. It's just I added to the cost of the tire.

I raced with NASA and have owned a bunch of performance sports cars and always buy your tires. At one time we owned the BBQ restaurant near the Tire Rack Warehouse in Reno off Americas Parkway (exit 32). We loved you guys as customers too!

I ordered tires in 2023 and was offered a discount for shipping and picking up at your distribution center in Denver and it was not offered this year despite it being shipped there.
