I am a long-time TireRack customer and have equipped at least a dozen cars with tires from TR. They always provide the best prices, ample inventory, and fast shipping to the installer of my choice.
I ordered 4 Michelin PS4s and only 3 were shipped to the right location. The 4th was left on the truck. That then resulted in 3 separate visits to the tire shop as they had to fit 2 and then wait and then fit 2 and then do the alignment etc. Extremely frustrating. Apologies can't remember the exact date.
