Easy to shop search and purchase. Love the fact that you get road hazard insurance as part of your purchase. Life is expensive. It's nice to get a little something.
I ordered rims with pre-mounted and balanced tires. What I received were tires that were pre-mounted, but not balanced. It took almost 2 months of back and forth shipments and 3 trips to a local tire shop to get it resolved. I paid for the convenience of what should have been a quick 30 minute job and instead I got hours of my time lost. Yes, I've told others.
Buy all my tires on Tirerack and it's easy because it knows my previous orders
