Mavis Tire 780 Rogers St. Lowell MA, the recommended site for installation (and only chain of installers recommended in area of ******* at time), was not a good experience. I would recommend removing from ship to/installer selection list. A long time waiting during appointment, and for some reason they went through interior of my car like they were looking for something (no lug lock key required), compartments, trunk, etc. They also installed tires with wrong rotation in multiple places. I had to remove wheels, and place in correct spots, as well as take one wheel to another installer to reverse rotation for proper installation. I was glad the lug nuts were at least tight. I will be having tires shipped to my house and bring to local installer next time.
