Couldn't get refunded for a tire I bought that went flat because I didnt have the receipt of where it got it mounted but had the receipt for the tire purchase.
I absolutely recommend tire rack. Tires came quickly and in good shape. The price was fair. I only gave 3 stars for the price because of really high shipping costs. 100 bucks a tire. Other than that I was very happy with my experience. Very impressed. And the Indy 500 v2 tires are awesome. Highly recommended. If shipping had other options at lower price I'd buy all my tires from tire rack.
Aside from the high shipping costs this is a great site with excellent info and awesome layout.
Went with the US made Michelins and very happy with the Cross Climate 2 - only a week and already had them in snow, ice, rain and sunny pavement... such is Upstate NY! Highly recommend you pay a little more and get these - installer said "I won't see you for a while - these last forever".

Tires arrived in good shape and timely basis in my house. Wish the tires were a bit cheaper but they are UHP tires so that you pay for performance and quality.
I purchased four tires two months ago and I have rebalanced them three times already I am working with your warranty department. I've had to purchase these two tires to replace two bad tires after I received these tires. Hopefully, I will receive the credit and the two tires that I receive are better than the four previous times the dealership that did the road press balance said that all four tires was faulty, but Tire Rack says that only to meet their criteria to be replaced. I have had nothing but good experiences in the past this is my first bump on the road..

The data they provide from their customers and their actual testing of the tires, provides the most information possible without actually putting the tires on your vehicle. Tire Rack is ok but not what it used to be. Prices are all fixed now so same price everywhere. Tire Rack will sell you old tires and then give you excuses why its ok so be ready for that. They charge shipping to return them so you will have to decide if its bad enough to send back. They sent me tires 18 months old and told me it was fine. Fine for them at full price but wasn't fine for me.
