Took one day to get my tires. They contacted me to make sure the tires I ordered were correct.
When ever I have a punctured tire I never bother to put a claim in because you have such restrictive conditions or hoops as I call them for us to jump through. I would like to purchase the tires without the "free", nothing is free, road hazardous insurance. It is just a money grab.

I received my tires as expected from the chosen location it was shipped to. Problem was the location I chose had different hrs than the tire rack site which I'd say was because covid but I have to blame tire rack because I had to find another reputable installer which kind of worked out because now I'm getting my tires installed sooner which makes things better I'd say next time around definitely call before making my order for available install times and dates.
