I have been a Tire Rack customer since back in 1996, when ordering was done from an ad at the back of car magazines. Since then, I have never been disappointed with their prices and fast delivery. Tire Rack is not only my go-to source for buying tires and wheels but most important, Tire Rack is a reliable source for just information, even when I'm not buying anything at the moment.
Had to call 3 times to pick my order up. When I arrived the lady on the phone said corporate had to unlock my order. No clue what that ment other then I waited outside for 30 minutes.

It took me a few days to do some comparison shopping on the website. The tools they had to offer helped as well as the reviews and ratings of tires based on performance and reliability. I narrowed it down to 2 different brands, and when I was finally ready to make a purchase, I couldn't find those same two like I had with my initial search. I found something similar around the same price and decided to order my 4 new tires. WELL, I found out those tires that I had originally narrowed it down to didn't show up in my follow up search because I entered the tire size incorrectly. I only found this out when, immediately after I submitted my payment, a representative from tire rack called me and made me aware that I had chosen the incorrect size for my make and model. He was able to make the necessary adjustments over the phone in less than 2 minutes and my tires arrived all together in one shipment in 2 days. They are new and perfect and I now feel like I'm driving on a cloud. The service was impeccable, the site was easy to navigate and very helpful, and quick delivery in tip top shape is definitely something to rave about. Thank you for your help! I have already recommended you to others that weren't aware.

I am a dinosaur. I require whitewall tires on my car, and was disappointed with the limited selection. Not Tire Rack's fault though. But I did find a suitable set, only one size off from my recommended tire size. They look and fit just fine.
Rehabbing trailer with aged out tires, and turned to Tire Rack. They had the size I needed, and delivery was rapid and on time.

TireRack itself was spot on. Good prices, great customer service. Their problems lay with the shipping service they use, OnTrac. OnTrac is a TERRIBLE shipping company. They delivered my tires to a house that was no where near my location. Thankfully the locals here are honorable people and loaded the tires up in their truck to drive it to my address. Why would OnTrac deliver to a completely different address and then lie to me over phone saying they did nothing wrong? If you have the option, do NOT ship with OnTrac. Pay any extra premiums/fees and go with a reputable shipper.
