I had to go back after first trip because they were out of balancing weights. This morning i was there at 8:30am and they wanted me to come back at 10:30am. I was told it was first come first served. There was no car in tire change bay. After waiting 1 hr 45 min i got car on freeway to only have it vibrate. I will not be going back.
This is my fourth or fifth purchase from TireRack.com. Every purchase has had great pricing, free shipping, and the best customer service. One time I ordered the wrong tires and they were willing to pay for shipping the wrong tires back and shipping the correct tires to me. I couldn't be happier with their customer service.
