Tire Rack shipped quickly and to the appropriate destination per their authorized installers list, but after the tires had already shipped (so I didn't have an option to change) the installer called and told me they don't not have the appropriate equipment to install my tires, and it would take "weeks" to get it done. I had to pick them up, and now I'm trying to find someone who can...
Second time buying tires thru tirerack. This time they shipped to mobile installer. Made an appointment to have them installed and they were ready within an hour. Easy and quick.

Placed an order late Wed thinking the (4) tires would arrive the next day, but discovered that the page refreshed to say Fri as estimated delivery date. I was on a tight schedule hence called customer service, who was very friendly and helpful. Explained my situation and wanting to cancel if they won't arrive before Fri and was given thorough information and multiple ways I could deal with the situation. Tires ended up arriving mid day the next day anyway. Very grateful.
Also, got a call within a minute after placing my order for additional information. I assume the order shipped soon after.
I called a sales person (routed there because I hadn't placed an order at the time) who was not as helpful but understandable I guess... just that he didn't have as much visibility.
Ordered these tires for my trailer. I had them delivered to my house. Shipping only took two days and tires were exactly what I ordered. All tires had a fresh code date on them and were in great condition. Super happy.
They contacted me to query about the correct tire size and in fact, I had ordered the incorrect tire. Once I got that corrected, the tires arrived in just one day.

Ordered my tires last Wednesday they arrived at the tire rack installers shop on Thursday. Had my appointment for Friday. The tires I ordered(cooper discoverer at3 xlt 32x11.50x15) were even better looking than pictured on the website. Went to the installer(LaVale automotive service) for my installation and an alignment. The service rep and service staff were very friendly and were more than happy to have a conversation with me while I waited for my vehicle to serviced. So far have only put about 250 miles on my new tires but, we got some snow and sleet last night and they performed great. Didn't spin or slide once. I definitely recommend these tires. Better price than the bf goodrich and a better warranty as well. So far, very satisfied with my experience and my order. Thank you
