Needed new snow tires. Did some local shopping and price was way higher for the same tires that TireRack had. Bought them through TireRack, they showed up the next day and work great! Free shipping was awesome. Even with the tire mounting fee at my local shop, I save a couple hundred bucks.

Bart was a big help and answered all of my questions. One thing to keep in mind. The installation charge by installer was higher than I was expecting. I wonder if it's less expensive to go to a local shop that has the tires there, or delivered, versus buying online, then paying separately for installation. Just something to keep in mind.
