I like being able to shop through tire rack. This is my second order through them. My only issue is that I wasn't informed that my new wheels required different lug bolts therefore I needed a new set of locking lug bolts. Then they wanted to charge me for shipping. Not okay with that. Also, it'd be nice if they offered a military discount.

Had a call to verify shipping address. Worker was super pleasant and very helpful!
Ordered the tires I needed, had them shipped to the installer, made an appointment to have them installed in my driveway and ultimately had new tires on my car in 72 hours, contact free! No waiting in a service waiting room etc.

Tires were sent at 85 psi which is 25 psi over the allowable limit per tire standard. Once installed on my vehicle, had a harsh shimmy starting at 40mph. Had to take in to tire shop and they had to rebalance. Each wheel was 2-3oz off on balance. Would've been more cost effective to just stick with brick and mortar tire shop in town.
