Gus was a huge help on the chat line! He gave me advice and information in detail; I wanted to use another set of wheels that I had for snow tires, and he explained that the two cars had different bolt patterns. THAT was sure good to know!

Awesome site. Very fast, reliable delivery of quality products at a very reasonable price. For the first time I had the tires shipped right to a recommended installer. Couldn't have gone any smoother. Tires were delivered the next day and installed the day after that. The recommended installers provide a special rate for Tire Rack customers that saved us some more money. I would highly recommend using Tire Rack and their installers for any future tire needs you might have!

The only reason I only I choose your company is I needed a mobile unit to come to my home to change the tire. The company that you were suppose to send the tire to did not do mobile I had to call your company back and have the tired sent to my house. UPS did not deliver the tire to my house instead I had to pick it up at UPS. Next I had to pay a mobile unit to come out and put the tire on and it cost me and additional $199... Needless to say I wasn't happy about that.
Your company should check to see if these places have mobile services before referring them to customers
