I ordered on Tuesday and received on Thursday ready to mount. I expected delays as weather was a factor but pleasantly surprised. I switched out my own tires that night by myself and test drove with no issues. Thanks Tire Rack!
Even though UPS briefly "lost" half of my order, the customer representative quickly followed up and even refunded the shipping cost. (There is no free shipping to PR).
