I had some questions about tire size. After calling several other places, the Tire Rack representative said he couldn't recommend the other tire sizes because it wasn't considered safe. The only one of four places that said that.
He also was the only person who said snow tires wouldn't be the best for my application.

Easy. Love shipping to an installer who will come to me.

Thought I'd completed the process, but hadn't completed a survey so my order never got placed. Once I realized this, and re-completed the process everything worked well and I'm very happy with the wheels I bought.

I've been a Tire Rack customer for several years and its always easy and straightforward. They called me within a day of placing my order to offer to set up a pick up and installation time, which was within a couple of days. At the appointment they had really nice COVID safety protocols in place to keep everyone safe.

I went in to pep boys to get tires put on my vehicle and an oil change because at the time I needed it. When they changed the oil the must of forgot to screw in the oil panel which Is a piece of sheet metal that gives you access to drain the oil. Long story short I get on the road and the metal comes undone and is scraping against the ground becoming disfigured and distorted, it ruined the whole driving experience. I was otherwise enjoying the new performance driving my car. I think this still falls on Tire Rack because it's a business that was recommended on the website for service.

Excellent service. Shipped in 24 hours. We ordered the wrong size tires. We did not realize there are so many Honda Civic 2015 tires. Tire Rack was quick to refunded and issue a UPS pick up. The brand of we tired to order was not available for 15 inch rims. Sales representative recommended a comparable brand used for his extended family vehicles. New order was placed and shipped in a timely manner. We are grateful for service provided by Tire Rack folks.

Bought the car used, Audi Q7, with a new set of Sumimotos and suffered for thousands of miles. So loud, wore quick and harsh ride. Did I mention they were LOUD! These Vredestein's are amazing. So quiet and smooth ride. Excellent snow traction too!

Tires close out tires received were 3 years old. The buyer should have been informed.

After many years (and many cars) using others to purchase my tires, I found this experience to be easy, complete and extremely timely. Well done. I will come back.
