Every was fine except for the delivery date. They displayed such confidence throughout the ordering process and then let UPS break the bad news. I had to reschedule tire mounting twice.

The only challenge I had was making up my mind on available options. Questions I had were answered via on-line chat. I had the misfortune of damaging the driverside wheels and tires on a brand new Subaru Outback Wilderness and stock tire and wheel replacements weren't projected to be available until September and this was the middle of July. So I took the "opportunity" to squeeze the lemons and make lemonade, by ordering Falken Wildpeaks and Sparco wheels. The combination had garnered several compliments already. The tires/wheels/TPMs came on time, which was very helpful with getting the vehicle back on the road.
