Tire was in stock, delivered to store when expected, had to call to see if delivered when they should've called me, installed today 9/3/21. Bought 4 tires during a sale 6 or 7 2019@ 183.00/ea, paid 290.00/freight for 1. Great tires BF Goodrich Rugged Trail TAs. I get 60k for each set. Only reason I needed this 1 was an accident that had a 1.5" slice in sidewall which happened on 7/7/21 rear passenger side. Had the store air up the original spare which still looks good, 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 long bed 196k miles.

I needed one tire shaved for my AWD car and Tire Rack cam through! Shaving is right on the money and quick service thank you!

The installer I chose was having some business problems, so before my tires were delivered, I was able to contact Tire Rack so that they could re-route my tires to a new installer. They contacted UPS while my tires were out for delivery. They showed up at my new installer only 1 day later than originally planned.

Site is easy to use and got what I wanted without much trouble.

In prep for the winter season needed to replace the rear tires on the X3, easy to navigate web site and really fast service to the house

I live in Hawaii and it's almost impossible to find mainland companies that ship to Hawaii residents at a reasonable cost. I ordered a tire and receive my package within a few days with FedEx Express. And the cost for it all was fair and reasonable!

Not the first time I've done this. Tire Rack rocks!

One issue with UPS... Why did they send my tires to our local UPS hub 12 miles away, then send them to Columbus, 150 miles away? Delivery was one day late, but the Rack gave me a credit for my trouble.

Looking for a not too common tire size. 205-50-15 for my E30. Great selection and pricing. The Continental's look great on it!

As soon as I placed my order, I received a call to verify the size of the tires and to make sure that's what I needed. I explained we was replacing the tires on the truck and that's the sizes they had on it. All was good to go and got the tires when they said I would receive them! Fast Shipping & excellent service! Will definitely use again!

Ordered. Back ordered. No problem. I'll wait.
No response to inquiry emails. Then shows in stock several months later. So order again. Promptly get an email asking if I meant to order it twice. Responded no - just the one order. No acknowledgement... but did get my one order soon after. Just crappy customer service and follow-up. So I wont one-star.

Rims came fast and as promised. The boxes were double wrapped to protect the rims. The center caps came with the wheels and I ordered extra not clear that they would come with the wheels.
