Seamless buying experience and the website was easy to navigate through.

All good, the website makes shopping easy out of the four items my pick was great and the VW dealership done the installation. They feel great but this weekend heading the NC then I will get the true ride.

I tried to find Kumho tires but I guess they dont come in the size for my car. However you do have the oem tires so i went with that.

The site was easy to use and finding the product a breeze. I only have one suggestion, do a better job of recommending accessories like lug nuts and center caps instead of so much concern over an installer. I know I'm buying tires & wheels and they will need to be installed by someone but the right size lug nuts etc is much more important because the installers (including DYI) don't normally have much of a selection and have to be ordered which delayed the installation of the tires & wheels.

Shopping was easy, selection and price was good. I chose to have the tire delivered to a local Tire Rack approved installer. The installer chooses was based on price and location. The installer did not honor the Tire Rack price, and just said the web site is inaccurate. It wasn't terribly off but the installer said they had to balance the tires and install TPMS sensors (all premium add-ons) the price for those add-ones and the tire disposal fee were higher than listed on the Tire Rack site. In the end the $82 install cost $171. Be prepared to pay full price for the install and not what Tire Rack lists on the web site. There seems to be a lack of coordination between the installers and Tire Rack.

Tire Rack was great, But Pep Boys installation was not good. I need to go somewhere else after spending 4 hours there with an appointment, They never checked or fixed air monitor valves which I asked them to do and was part of their job. Now I need to spend more money to get it done..

I was in a bind and needed tires badly. Ordering process was easy and delivery was quick. Appreciated that they verified my tire size was correct because I entered the wrong model year.

Returning customer and will be many times! Always a great price and efficient fast shipping no matter the size or brand.

I ordered my tires a size too big and the guys at tire rack caught it and called me to double check. They got me hooked up with the right sizes and saved me some money!

Easy and now unable to get invoice to submit rebate.
