Every person working at Tire Rack had a positive, helpful attitude that that they would assist me with whatever my concern was. This was an excellent expereience. Everything was performed onschedule. I would tell any future customer that my experience was exceptional- from initial call to installation was about 6 days and the installation itself was about one hour - as scheduled. The facility was clean and modern. All Tire Rack personnel were knowledgeable and trying to be helpful.

He advised me not to give my vehicle info, in case the tires were not a vehicle match according to Tire Rack's records, which might have delayed my order. I ordered according to tire size, and shipped them directly to my installer. The four tires arrived the next day- SO FAST!
