Unfortunately had a large construction screw enter the tread at the sidewall area. Tire could not be patched. The free road hazard protection plan with every purchase was great to have! I filed a claim with Tire Rack and provided invoices and pictures of the damage. The claim has been accepted and I now have a new tire mounted on my vehicle. It was a very easy process.
Found the tires for my car. Placed the order and picked my installer. Product delivered in two days. Installer fees were exactly what was posted on the web site.
Could it be any easier? I don't think so.
Good price but delivery was later than promised. They waited a few extra days before shipping the item out but it shipped for free so I guess you get what you pay for.

This is my second time buying from Tire Rack. It's easy to use the website and being able to use PayPal is convenient. Their shipping is incredibly fast.

Thank you tire rack. Was a different experience this time, hopefully this makes sense? I got a call from someone at tire rack telling me they thought I made a mistake with my order because the OEM tire was different then the tire I purchased. We obviously they didn't look up my orders because I was reordering a single tire that I had just purchased 2 months earlier. Next time before you call someone and confuse them about what they are ordering make sure you look at their previous orders. O yeah I called they guy out and told him the tire I ordered should be fine and he basically was pissed off and said FU to me.

Replaced runflats with conventional tires. An expert contacted me to make sure and make a recommendation to replace all 4 tires instead of 2 due to runflats handling different than conventional tires.
