Ordering from tire rack was simple and straight forward, but delivery was suppose to be 2 day delivery. Tire Rack use OnTrac as the carrier. It OnTrac almost a week to get the tires to the installer. I call Ontrac to find out why it was taking so long considering it was suppose to be two day. They didn't have an answer, but said they will investigate and call me back. Never got a call. I still will use tire rack, but will talk to a person from tire rack. Otherwise Tire Rack is a 5 star company

The selection of wheels and tires is fantastic. We ordered some plain steel wheels and snow tires for our 2017 Subaru Outback. The tires came mounted and balanced so we just had to swap them out. The shipping was incredibly fast, we ordered on Wednesday, they were delivered on Friday!

Using the site was great navigating tires and rims and seemed flawless till a day after I placed my order and was told the rims and tires wont fit so i needed to change one and also an upcharge. Was given an rough delivery time but figured I would be notified when tires were being delivered, I was wrong. Luckily I was home when the UPS driver dropped off over 1.2k in tires and rims in my driveway behind my house left exposed to anyone passing by without any notification. Overall the price was good, person who called was professional and courteous, delivery service was disappointing.
