Great value. I had a difficult time finding what I was looking for locally. Thankfully, Tire Rack has exactly what I needed and shipped it to me promptly and free of charge.

I ordered one night, and was offered to pick up my snow tires, rims, parts, at the warehouse the next afternoon. Incredible. Then I got worried when I found out, while I was mounting the tires, my Tesla had staggered tires, but once again Gus was responsive and reassuring which I verified through Tesla and it showed Tire Rack is a solid retailer, with top notch customer support. It's impressive, as I run a company and measure all levels of workers focus to details and with many personal transactions. I admit I have lowered my expectations to relieve stress and accept what ever I get. Tire Rack was an exceptional experience at excellent prices to competing tire shopping alternatives. Quick delivery, great online customer advisors. Bought the Yokohama Parada at a reasonable price because of its past history on my Navigator. Tire design, durability and speed rating were important in my decision. Being able to order and have delivered to a vendor near me was definitely a plus. My tires came in overnight and were on my vehicle the day after ordered. This was a plus since all tire shops locally don't carry big inventories and have to order from their warehouses overnight anyway, if they have it. I have used Tire Rack for years and found their pricing competitive.

Great service easy to find what I needed and where to get them installed they were delivered on time and no problem getting them installed, they even found a damaged rim while doing the balance that is why my tire went bad.

I needed a tire for my 2021 Tesla Model Y. Incredibly(!) the Tesla Service Center near me did not have it in stock and suggested they could not get a tire for the car they sold me 2 months earlier.
Other tire stores said they don't service Teslas
Tesla suggested I call Tire Rack and have the tire delivered to the Tesla service center.
I did that ordering on the Tire Rack website.
THE TIRE WAS DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY! To Tesla without a delivery charge!
It is hard to say enough praise for a company that actually performs so well especially during these crazy COVID times when bad service is expected and seems so rampant.
