Website did not find the tires I was looking for, but with persistence, I did find them finally, at a reasonable price, helpful website for sizing and description though somewhat difficult to navigate. I am very satisfied with the quick delivery (had to delay ordering so tires would not arrive too soon at the auto shop, that's how fast Tire Rack is). I would definitely buy from Tire Rack again.

Installer says online appointment has nothing to do with them when I arrived for the scheduleed appointment(Firestone). Booked the online appointment through tirerack. Wasn't allowed to take my uninstalled tires with me too, even though I bought them on my own. Needed to verbally rebook for the following week.
Had to specifically request Firestone tires as that brand did not appear automatically when the type of tires (performance, mud & snow, etc.) was selected in the decision tree. Otherwise the reviews were easily found, specific tire rating information was right there and the price was right.
The website was super easy to use, my order was completed very quickly, and the choice to pick it up to save even more money, was awesome. And the pickup went as smooth as could be. Thanks

It was very easy to find the exact tires to fit my vehicle. I was only purchasing 2 tires and I liked how I was prompted to make sure the 2 new tires exactly matched my existing tires
Was supposed to be delivered Tuesday. FedEx tracking then changed to Wednesday. About 2PM Wednesday, FedEx tracking said not delivered as the BUSINESS WAS CLOSED! This was a total lie. I am a dentist, and we were open all day and never saw Fed Ex. So not on Tire Rack, but FedEx lied and the tires were two days late. Typical of things this year. Try UPS next time.

Easy to find info and help with decision of tire choice. I also liked you can compare costs for installers in your area. There was a sizable difference in price for the same service. My installer was half the cost of others and did an awesome job installing, balancing the tires and right on time for my scheduled appointment.
