Tires delivered, mounted on wheels, with pressure guages installed in the mail, exactly as ordered. I was able to install all 4, by myself, in my driveway, in under 4 hours. That was with me troubleshooting issues with my own tools as I went along.

I ordered here last time and shop took care of everything for me. I saved quite a bit from the shops originally quoted price. This order is for one tire to replace a tire damage from road debris. I didn't have replacement warranty.

So far, so good. Not sure about buying tires this way, but I'm hoping its a good experience.

The tires were delivered to a preferred installer next day (faster than I could get the car booked for installation). Installer was no prepared to adhere to the appointment time. Told me two hours to get it done. Returned in 2hrs, car was on the hoist, none of the wheels had even been removed. It took more than another hour to get the tires changed. Even then, I asked for the TireRack packing slip for my records but he had to dig them out of the trash. Just wanted to ensure that my tire warranty would be validated. Installer didn't seem to know anything about that.

I purchased a snow tire and wheel package to replace the one I bought from them in 2010. Upon the arrival of the set, I can't find the TPMS sensor IDs, which, notably, came with the first set. I have a reset tool that allows me to change between tire sets, I just need the ID numbers.

Two calls to Tire Rack's customer service were unfruitful. Not only do they not have the IDs, the first CSR tried to sell me a new reset tool for a mere $250 so I may do it myself. The second said I'll have to take them to a dealership or tire store to have the IDs retrieved, of course at additional time and cost to me. I pointed out that no where during the purchase was it disclosed that they no longer/don't provide TPMS IDs. It must be a big deal for them to include those with the invoice.

Two questions went unanswered by the CSRs: Since I purchased and now own the TPMS sensors, do I not also own the ID numbers? If I still have to go to a tire shop to finish my installation, why should I even be using Tire Rack?

Tire Rack and I have a 30 year relationship but I don't see it continuing beyond this purchase. Maybe they could solve this problem by using the very tool they tried to sell me.

Super easy to find and buy. The ability to use affirm is also a major bonus. Firestone on the other hand, Firestone nicked both my front rims and didn't air up the tires properly. The amount of snot used on the tires was borderline excessive. I would buy from Tire Rack again, I would just look for a different installer.

Tires came pre mounted and balanced to the rims with no added charge. Easy to install, nothing crazy. Came with the required lug nut tool.

Would prefer to see ratings charts, particularly noise ratings, on the main tire pages
