Surprised Tire Rack had these particular run flat snow tires in stock this late in the winter (February)... but pleasantly surprised! Easy online ordering...
Received tires very quickly (during a snow storm of course)... had them mounted and they are handling the snow WAY better than the stock tires that came with the car (Lexus U250h)

First time customer, so as far as the process of selecting and placing my order is concerned, 4/5 stars. As for execution, Tire Rack delivered my tires on time with timely updates on status of shipment and delivery to the shop I specified. Nothing to complain about, everything to compliment them on seeing as the tires are now on my car.
