It wasn't good because I received a part that should never have been sent. It wasn't built right. I would have got to work on my vehicle and got the maintenance done but I had to wait for the reshipped part to come in. The customer service representative did try to help an shipped it overnight however I didn't get it till 3 days later I don't want to blame tirerack on that but it made the experience worse. Now I need to send the inferior part back but there is no return shipping label and I feel I shouldn't have to pay for it.
The tire buying experience had been a long head ache. Originally I bought Goodyear because they were an American company but their tires were made in Chile. Tirerack helped me buy some American Made tires. No one else could give me a straight answer as to where my tires were made until AFTER I bought them. Which I found was really stupid. In comes tirerack guaranteeing that the tires I ordered were going to be Made in the USA. Although not ever tire I ordered may say Made in USA on it, I know from the DOT code that they are. The recommended installer was great and kind, fast and cheap. Totally satisfied with my order.

Up till my order for my Dodge three tires, your shipping was extremely fast and the tires were made here but not the last order. Hope you have returned to the previous practices
Ordered Wednesday afternoon and tires arrived next day. Super happy with delivery.
On the negative side, the tires were extremely over inflated. All four were set at 45 psi. My buggy needs 36 psi. TR knew the vehicle the tires and wheels were going on, so should have had them properly inflated. Most customers would not have checked and just mounted them. That amount of over inflation would have ruined the tires! Big oops!

Answer: I have used tire rack for multiple tires and wheels on various vehicles successfully, but no more. V. bad customer service experience after the sale and delivery. (12-16-20 through 1-21-22)
Answer: Very easy BUT THEY CANNOT HELP YOU OR DO ANYTHING BUT MAKE YOU WAIT, and they will not get back to you even after multiple calls.
