Very user friendly site! I ordered several sets of tires from them now and have yet to have a bad experience with them.

I wasn't aware I needed to schedule an installation appt. After the purchase. I waited 2 days before I finally had to call and get an update on my purchase, what I assumed, were that they were being shipped to a location near my home, and that's where the install would be from the information that was given on the site. And further instructions would be in a follow up email, but I only received an order number, that I kept checking for updates. And tracking, expecting more info, But that wasn't the case. The tires where just there. Until I had to get a human on the phone. They wanted to secure an appt for installation, you couldn't even follow thru on the next step? I just requested they be shipped to my home instead. I'd get them faster. Than the projected date they had available. So the experience became confusing and the purchase didn't arrive until after the anticipated date. It could have been more smoother.

Looking for tires for my truck was very easy. Also like that you could buy custom size tire, not only what is recommended for vehicle.

Overall satisfied will buy again in the future but the prices could be better

I like shopping on Tire Rack because I can take my time and research before making the decision to buy. With Tires Price is part of the offer. Ride quality, wet traction etc need to be considered. I like the spider charts in the comparison tests.
This is the second set of Continental True Contact tires I have bought. The first was for my daughter's Honda Van. I also bought tires for my wife's Prius and the Road Hazard gaurentee came in handy when we had a problem.

I got what I paid for. I bought a close out tire (only 1 left) for a spare. Tire looks fine but has a 2017 manufacture date. Will work for my use but something buyers should be aware of.
