Excellent business practices,, great detail on products, reviews, easy ordering

The service was top notch and extremely easy. Left for a trip to Colorado and had to have snow tires. The tires were ordered wrong by me and the customer service caught that the size was wrong, called to correct it, and had the tires delivered a day early. While in Colorado we got caught in a winter storm. We would have never made it without the tires. Thank you for help keeping us safe.

Needed to replace a damaged tire, always buy from Tire Rack. Given advice on how to proceed with my Road Hazard claim and bought new tire.

The review articles allowed me to choose a suitable product, the ordering process was easy, and I received a confirmation call and email. I picked up the tires at the distribution center which was also quick and easy, and the installer (Firestone in West Springfield, MA) got me in early and did a good job and were pleasant. Overall a great buying experience.

I made a mistake on my 1st order today. Jerry Kolat called and I went out and measured the actual tires being replaced. So I then when into online chat will Gill who cancdlled my 1st order. This is my corrected and double checked order...

Very Good. Nice website and deals. Only problem is when I got the tires it had a very small chip on the outer side near the tire about 3/8" wide.
