I love the ease of oredering, reordering and the reviews. The reviews are done by real people, not bots and I prefer to order here because I know people reviewing are giving legitimate reviews. Example: The tires I ordered 3 years ago had excellent reviews around snow and the new version had. 1 of a better review, the price increase did not justify the improvement for me, but I was thankful for the review because when I compared it made it easier to make the decision this year. I'm not a car/tire expert, but after a few minutes on this site, every couple of years, I feel like I am knowledgeable and confident about my purchases.
Always easy and prompt. Last time my card was declined for being over limit, I made a payment and called back. They knew from my phone number who I was, what my order was, ran the card and done in 30 seconds. And none of the dreaded "upselling" attempts every other on-line retailer annoys me with.
