Ordered the incorrect size in error (who knew my Tucson wasn't stock) TireRack quickly exchanged the tires and helped order the correct ones. Installer popped them on and I am a happy camper. Still took less than a week start to finish, even with my error.

Learned a lot about my current tires on car. Never realized they were such a dangerous tire to have on my car. No wonder I didn't feel safedriving in the rain or snow!

Did a double take on the price. What a great price. No problems whatsoever with transaction. However the retailer recommended they be sent to chsrged me 100 dollars to mount and balance the two tires. Will never go there again for anything.

The entire selection, ordering, and shipping/receiving experience was perfect. The price for the tires was competitive and the tires were received the next day in perfect condition. I was notified immediately that the tires were received, and the installer had the tires on my car within 12 hours. Overall, perfect.

I received some solid input from Tucker on the chat line that helped me make my buying decision.

So far everything is good. Tire rack Was very informational about the type and size of tires I needed. They also had recommendations of companies to install the tires. The reviews from others was also quite helpful. The only problem I had was making sure my locking device for my tires was back in my car. Had to go back and get it.
