Always great service. I've used Tire Rack for all my tires for the last several years. I especially like the free road hazard that comes with the purchase.
I was worried when I saw the tires would be shipped via FedEx because they have a long history of losing things. Almost 90% of the time they either lose or damage my shipments. But all the tires arrived at the same time, on time, in great condition. Tire Rack was super easy to shop on & work with! I'll use again as long as they still have the best price on the tires I want.

I almost cancelled the order for 4 - A/T 3,265/70/17 Cooper tires as I never received email, text or notice when the tires were going to be shipped. I then went to original email for the order, looked up the tracking number, and discovered only 2 tires had been shipped the day before and dropped off at the business next door. The other 2 tires came the following day. That bad customer service.
Quick and easy and will buy again. Cheaper than the dealer and it's the same tire.
